don't take your children here, they'll be missing a lot of school waiting for results, 3 days later and still no result:/

I had an amazing experience with Sprinter Health!…read more I was able to book an appointment for my blood test super fast and at a time of the day that was very convenient for me. Andrea came to my house on Friday morning at 8:30am before I started work. This saved me a trip to the lab and waiting in line, with fear of covid exposure. Andrea was extremely nice and reassuring. The blood draw was super fast and painless. I often feel stressed and faint with blood draws in labs, but doing it from the comfort of my home with a friendly person changed everything. It actually felt like a comfortable and positive experience. Also worth mentioning the cleanliness (nurse wore shoe covers for example) and great covid precaution (mask, not staying long). I will use the service again!

Humana and other insurance companies have contracted with sprinter to manage specific tests as either required or recommended by your primary or the ins. Tcompany itself to reduce future health incidents with preventative care. All good, however the problem is in the harassment the patients need to tolerate from the high number of irritating calls, emails and texts from Sprinter in the attempt to arrange an appointment for a service, that you do not wish to participate in. Another issue is the marketing to get you to call Sprinter and set up a test, states you can ask and find out what tests are needed. True but you need to confirm your ID for HIPPAA. At that point I just say no thank you. I already know it;s for a simple BP check and I try to get them to stop calling me. If this happens to you, GOOD LUCK.

This was my first time at this particular Stanford Clinic and I'm not too sure if every doctor here…read moreis from Stanford but I really like the aesthetic and set up of still being somewhat in the wilderness. I also liked the waterfall and the detailed map in the front entryway. There was also an elevator along with stairs and a number of parking spaces. I saw Dr. Nguyen and she was in the allergy clinic on the second floor. Her staff/that office was very helpful since I did not receive the snail mail copy of questionnaire and I was able to fill it out in person. The only thing I felt a little awkward with was when it came time for me to get my allergy Test done, Dr. Nguyen, female doctor left the room and a male nurse came in to put the different allergens on my back as I was wearing a patient gown that was open in the back without my bra. Kind of awkward since all my encounters prior to this were female doctors or Female receptionist. I wish I could've asked for a woman to come in beforehand, but whatever! I needed to get the allergy test done and I felt awkward anyways, but I think they should ask ahead of time if you would feel comfortable with a male person touching your back without your bra on. Everything else was fine and he was professional, even though he was a male nurse. I just think it was in my head. Lol.

We are now told the terrible flu infection is not affected by Purell -only soap and water can kill the germs on one's hands. This is the third appointment this has happened ...I will now need to find a new physician as this lack of care is indicative of a possible larger problem??
