If it wasn't for Eliza who is a medical assistant there, I don't know what I would have done without her assistance. After months of going back and forth with the lady in charge of billing, Eliza took the time to help me out to resolve my problem. Was not her job to resolve my problem but with one call, she resolved it by obtaining the authorization numbers that I needed. Eliza has gone above and beyond her job description and she should be rewarded with a raise or a letter of appreciation from her management team for being an outstanding person.

They set up an appointment and then after I left the office, they cancelled the appointment online. All in all, they were unhelpful and didn't listen to me and then also sent me 12 emails overall! Situated in the smaller complex across the street from McKee's McDonalds, the office is located inside of the McKee Medical Center. As you enter, make your way to the door on the far left corner- you can't miss it! As a forewarning, the office foot traffic is quite busy. There is always a wait whenever it comes to appointment. I consider it a fair trade off thanks to friendly staff and an attentive recall/reminder system that Dr. Mercado has. 5/5 stars. I only wished I knew about this office sooner. Shout out to my girl for the recommendation, you's a real one!!

Dealing with outdated office systems--like being forced to physically pick up a paper referral in 2026, was incredibly frustrating. I had been encouraging my parents to give Dr. Le and Dr. Do a shot because I knew how impressive their practices were. They are modern, tech-savvy, younger physicians who leverage the latest technology to enhance patient care, which I find incredibly important.
