Tv in waiting room

I had an appointment, and I only waited a few minutes before they called me in. They have a lot of stations in the back. This location gets busy, but as long as you have an appointment it seems like they have a good system. Going to make sure the line keeps moving. Parking was not a problem. It's located in a strip mall type shopping plaza with a Mexican market next-door, where I ended up buying a watermelon. I came here to get a blood test and urine test done that was ordered by my primary care physician. The guy that drew my blood was friendly and there were no complications.

Front doors locked well closing, would suck to think these hours were accurate!!

Showed up for a 3:10 appointment at 3:13. Granted I was 3 minutes late. I checked in at the kiosk and sat down to wait. I can hear all the people that work there in the back chatting socially. There are no other patients in the lobby. I waited about 5 minutes then figured I did something wrong at the kiosk so checked in again at 3:19 and sat back down. At this point a person comes out to tell me the are closed. (the sign on the door says they close at 3:30 btw). They wouldn't take me. Then they locked the door behind me as I left at 3:24pm. I get that I was a few minutes late and that's my fault but I also waited while the employees socialized in the back and then was told it was too late once I checked in a 2nd time trying to get their attention. Everyone was in the back so I couldn't wave or get anyone's attention. Maybe they still would have told me they were closed, even if it was 1 minute past my appointment time. Who knows. But what about the walking they supposedly serve until 3:30??? I'm a working mom. It is SO hard to get time away for these appointments. I broke down in tears in the parking lot because getting back here will present a whole host of challenges when I'm dealing with health issues whose treatment will now be delayed another week. I'm a fan of policy but you've got to be clear and consistent. If you actually close at 3:15, then say that. If you don't take people if they are late, even by a few minutes publish that. Also don't, sit around in the break room chatting with your coworkers while someone has been waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes for their appointment. Just know they have some very strict unwritten policies they adhere to and their stated hours are false.

The lady who drew my blood was quick and professional. The place looked clean, and the building itself is nice. I also really liked their personal self check in system, it made everything easier. I didn't even have an appointment, I just walked in, and my waiting time was about 30 minutes, which I think is reasonable. Before I left, the medical assistant asked how everything went and made sure I had completed the test, which I appreciated. That extra care made me feel comfortable. Overall, it's a very nice place, and I definitely recommend it.

Over two hours of waiting and got passed up by appointments scheduled after 3pm which is insane when I checked in at 1:30pm. They texted me that my technician was ready for me, I waited another 35 minutes in the lobby, and then an appointment walked in and got called in instead. I understand prioritizing appointments but there has to be a formula or way to make walk-ins more efficient. They need staff! Please hire more, pay the staff more, whatever they need in order to get this operational. I saw disabled patients coming in that couldn't wait over two hours and had to leave. It's unacceptable.

Grandpa was taken to the ER at night and was taken to a room in the morning for an infection. I am…read moreunsure about the quality of care in the ER, but while recovering on the 2nd floor, the nurses and doctors came by to check up on him semi regularly. As he was bed bound, the nurses cleaned him up whenever we called for them and helped change his dressing for some bed sores that had developed (loved that they put the time changed directly onto the bandage themselves. The food was pretty bland though and only slightly changed every meal (there was usually steamed carrots, mashed potatoes, and a different protein every 2 days). Overall, we didn't have a bad experience. FYI: the main entrance says visiting hours are from 9am-8pm but we were able to get in 2 hours earlier and the doors are still unlocked at 9pm. After that, you would have to enter through the ER.

Disappointing Experience…read more This used to be a very good hospital, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The emergency department was overcrowded, and after waiting more than three hours, we still had not been called back to be seen. To make matters worse, while waiting, a homeless man exposed his genitals in view of patients and families. This was disturbing and completely inappropriate, especially for children and vulnerable patients who were present. I understand hospitals are busy and that patients are seen based on medical urgency, but safety, security, and communication should remain a priority. The hospital needs to do a better job addressing overcrowding, keeping waiting areas safe, and providing updates to patients who are waiting for care. I hope the hospital takes steps to improve both patient safety and the overall experience for families seeking medical attention.
