Personally, I don't have any major health issues, so it's not a big deal if I don't see the same doctor for every visit. However, it's frustrating when I get asked about my condition from previous visits because I'm seeing a different doctor. Not saying it's not relevant for them to ask but there's lack of knowledge built from having an existing relationship with your patient. I could easily just go to another clinic and it wouldn't make a difference. On top of that, the office staff are not friendly and it's so off-putting interacting with them. While I thought all the healthcare providers in this office are decent, I prefer to have a consistent PCP.

However the person in front of me was still waiting to be seen. So I got my vitals taken around 12:20 and left around 1:05 for my new patient appointment. This is typical clinic environment which I work in so I expected it, so try to plan ahead! I was talking to a resident I think and basically went over my health history with him and then Dr Nguyen came after and we talked briefly and what she recommended based on the problems I talked about. I got a paper to take to quest diagnostics for blood test and I got prescribed medications. Dr Nguyen was very pleasant to talk to and gave me a nice explanation of my test results and what to look out for in the future. Overall a good experience and they returned calls pretty quickly.
