I have not been to a doctor in a very long time where I have felt heard, felt like my opinion mattered, my concerns carried any weight and that the fact I carried a degree mattered. I really hope my level of care and the equivalent bedside manner never changes because I have needed medical care for so so very long. Many patients will have to over look brash staff or appointment setters that are scatter brained, prescription handlers that are procrastinators... Nothing will happen like that here... I just hope they can extend their seemingly bottomless perseverance and dedication to my inadequate insurance and the dogged prior auths coupled with a very juvenile and pig-headed caregiver ... so God bless this doctor and her staff! It will speak volumes to you when you're sitting in a strange ER in a strange city and state...but ***everyone ***knows ***your ***doctor....this is more comforting than she can ever imagine!!! I hope more people have or will have this experience with her and her staff

She's caring and actually takes the time to listen to you instead of brushing you off. If I could, I would've continued to visit Dr. Nguyen until she retired. However, the office discontinued Medi-Cal coverage and I am no longer able to see her. My main review is for the front staff. They're either very rude or have no clue what's going on. Each time I talk to the staff, they either have curt responses and don't actually bother to try to find a resolution, or the staff is inexperienced and always tell me they'll "call me back" with an answer AND THEY NEVER DO. Overall I find the front of staff very unprofessional and no one seems to have the answer to anything, nor the will to try to help patients with administrative problems.

I had a chance to see him for a few times when my PCP wasn't available and thought he was both friendly & accommodating. There are several doctors and healthcare providers under this group which allows patients to have more access to care. There's been a handful of times where I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor and had to select a different one with an earlier availability. Personally, I don't have any major health issues, so it's not a big deal if I don't see the same doctor for every visit. However, it's frustrating when I get asked about my condition from previous visits because I'm seeing a different doctor. Not saying it's not relevant for them to ask but there's lack of knowledge built from having an existing relationship with your patient. I could easily just go to another clinic and it wouldn't make a difference. On top of that, the office staff are not friendly and it's so off-putting interacting with them. While I thought all the healthcare providers in this office are decent, I prefer to have a consistent PCP.

The assistant who took me in was focused and asked all the right questions, updating the notes and checking in on a few specifics I hadn't thought to mention. When the doctor came in, they were clear in their approach and didn't waste time but also didn't rush. They talked through a few things and made sure I understood what they were saying. They made a few suggestions that sounded realistic and checked to see if I had any concerns. What stood out was that they adjusted their advice based on what I told them, not just what the textbook says. That felt personal in a subtle way. I didn't leave feeling overwhelmed or confused. It was a well rounded experience that left me feeling like I had a plan moving forward.

I work professionally in the Medicare industry and have had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Le…read moreand Dr. Do at both their San Jose and Milpitas locations. Having worked with many physicians in this field, I can confidently say that these two are truly exceptional. They are patient, thorough, and genuinely take the time to listen to their patients concerns. My parents had been seeing their previous primary care physicians for over three decades, but recently, the service became unacceptable. Dealing with outdated office systems--like being forced to physically pick up a paper referral in 2026, was incredibly frustrating. I had been encouraging my parents to give Dr. Le and Dr. Do a shot because I knew how impressive their practices were. They are modern, tech-savvy, younger physicians who leverage the latest technology to enhance patient care, which I find incredibly important. My parents finally made the switch, and they had their first visit today (June 4th, 2026). I was blown away by the amount of time Dr. Le spent with them; he was diligent in getting to know their health history and provided thoughtful, actionable recommendations. Thank you, Dr. Le and Dr. Do, for the high level of care you provide. I look forward to continuing to send referrals your way!

My insurance card gives this address, but apparently the office is right next door. So maybe the…read moredoctor was part or now branched to next door.... Dr. J Nguyen is friendly, but when it comes to standard of care, she needs improvement. I have had multiple physicals by various physicians (PCPs or from my past work's in-house Physician, or change of providers). With my new insurance, I was assigned Dr. Nguyen. During my physical, she barely assessed me. She placed the stethoscope ontop of my clothing (the MAs did not offer a gown), she did not wash her hands on front of me (or even use the hand sanitizer) she did not properly exam me. I was not asked any of the traditional or standard questions I've been asked by other Physicians. Given that I'm a new patient, I would expect a more through health history assessment or more questions to be asked- they are lacking OR they simply don't care. There is an abundance of plants in the lobby area, some are dying- not well taken care of. The magazines in the waiting area are old and outdated. The fish tank in the lobby area needs to be cleaned. First impression yells out "sloppy and unattended". There are stacks of PAPER chart in the back as they have not gone electronic. By 2018, I believe there is a law to be electronic for medical records, at least that is what is expected in a SNF, acute, and assisted living. Maybe clinics are an exception? Either way, they are clearly behind in their charting and the clinic is in dire need of TLC. The chairs are torn, the floor needs sweeping and so much more. As for the exam room- it feels like a dirty closet. The area to draw your blood is dark, cold, and cluttered. I wish I was assigned another provider so I will be looking to change providers to someone who actually takes the time to get a better health background. Also, the doctor went on vacation so the one in her replacement would not take new patients. Therefore, you would not only have to wait until she returns, but she would be completely booked when she did return. Overall, I've had multiple providers, as my insurance changes, therefore so does my provider. This place would be at last place.
