However, the office discontinued Medi-Cal coverage and I am no longer able to see her. My main review is for the front staff. They're either very rude or have no clue what's going on. Each time I talk to the staff, they either have curt responses and don't actually bother to try to find a resolution, or the staff is inexperienced and always tell me they'll "call me back" with an answer AND THEY NEVER DO. Overall I find the front of staff very unprofessional and no one seems to have the answer to anything, nor the will to try to help patients with administrative problems.

I called in on a Friday morning, they opened at 9am, and I was able to get an appointment at 9:30am. Not toooo shabby! The waiting area is kinda sketchy, since it's a clinic shared by multiple independent doctors, a pharmacy, and a lab.
