Would absolutely recommend! Dr Tran is very good at what he does. And gives you honest feedback on your concerns.

Today I had my appointment at 9 am , I came from bus I have no car and when I reached there the lady receptionist she told me that the dr is not available she is sick , n they knew since morning from 8 :30 . I told them that atleast you guys should have called me there is half n hr difference, it takes me 1 hrs to go home , they should told me that she is not available so dont come , earlier they always tell me oh you have appointment today , but today they didint called me for that . They wasted my time Also earlier when I went her several times there is waiting for 3 to 5 hrs , n u will waste your whole day and your day will be ruined so not at all recommended to this Dr, she will do your treatment in minutes but waiting is worse , staff is not at all good . Please don't go One more thing she will try to make money from the patients , if u have nothing in u then also she will tell u to take tests and make money so be careful and be alert

This review is long overdue, I wish I would have read the reviews for this before I came here…read more I made an appointment for 5pm and even called to see if I could come in a bit earlier in hopes I would be seen sooner. The receptionist said yes only to be seen 3 HOURS later! It would've been more but I kept asking since I only had a babysitter that needed to go to her other job. It makes no sense that they schedule you for a specific time knowing you won't be seen until hours later. I was finally told to go in and wait for the doctor in one of the rooms, minutes passed and no doctor. I peaked my head out the door only to find the receptionist and Doctor chatting it up about their weekend. I then again asked when I would be seen and the receptionist kept saying soon. I was very frustrated at this point. Finally the doctor came in after almost 20-30 minutes later. I was told I needed to get labs and vaccines done. After I left I got everything done which took about 3 weeks since there were no appointments available. I called Rafias office only to be told I needed more paperwork, after that it took about another week or two. I called again and was told I needed one more thing. I was fuming since I wish they would've told me everything at once instead of waiting and taking much longer for everything. They had me going back and forth for so long. Please don't waste your time here! They need to close this office and she needs to retire.

She isn't one to rush you out the door once one problem has been taken care of if you need to go over lab and have on going pain somewhere else She also makes sure to send you out for what ever you need specialist, medication, or imaging. If you are looking for a Dr that you can make a connection with and makes you feel comfortable and listened too She is your Dr. She only works MWF which is why she is always booked. I have not been to a doctor in a very long time where I have felt heard, felt like my opinion mattered, my concerns carried any weight and that the fact I carried a degree mattered. I really hope my level of care and the equivalent bedside manner never changes because I have needed medical care for so so very long. Many patients will have to over look brash staff or appointment setters that are scatter brained, prescription handlers that are procrastinators... Nothing will happen like that here... I just hope they can extend their seemingly bottomless perseverance and dedication to my inadequate insurance and the dogged prior auths coupled with a very juvenile and pig-headed caregiver ... so God bless this doctor and her staff! It will speak volumes to you when you're sitting in a strange ER in a strange city and state...but ***everyone ***knows ***your ***doctor....this is more comforting than she can ever imagine!!! I hope more people have or will have this experience with her and her staff

‼LADIES, DO NOT GO HERE‼…read more The doctor here is a PERVERT and will overstep his boundaries. I strongly advise against visiting this place! The male doctor here has been crossing boundaries inappropriately. I've been coming to this doctor's office, my family's main healthcare provider, since I was a little toddler. However, this year (I'm in my 20's), I've had some alarming experiences with him. He has been invading my personal space by pressing his face against my cheeks to sniff them. Initially, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt due to our long history, but things took a turn after my third visit. During my first two visits, he greeted me by sniffing my cheeks, which was confusing since he's someone I'm meant to trust. On my third visit, he locked the door after I walked in, then sniffed both of my cheeks again. When I said goodbye, he not only did it again but also pulled me in for a side hug and sniffed both sides of my neck. Additionally, during my check-up, he asked for my personal phone number and confirmed that the number I provided wasn't my home phone, making a comment in Vietnamese, "because no one can know." I didn't speak up sooner I'd because I didn't want to jump to conclusions. Whenever he would sniff me, I would just freeze up and act as if nothing happened. Also, i wanted to make sense out of what he was doing. I know that it's common in some Asian cultures to greet with a "sniff kiss," which is why I initially turned the other cheek. But this time around, he has taken it too far. I did not process all of this until a day after the third visit (9/30/25). The receptionist who is his wife has nothing to do with this issue. I feel so bad that she's been stuck with this pervert! :'-(

They didn't make me feel rushed and kept things clear when going over the details. Reception was efficient and things moved along without too much waiting. We had an emergency because my younger brother's primary doctor is out of town. We called stating that it was an emergency and the receptionist did not care. Without letting us finish what we needed to say, she immediately said their next available appointment was much later in the afternoon. We didn't have a problem with that. We had a problem with the way she spoke to us, which was in a very rude condescending manner. We got the appointment, however we forgot to ask for the address. Around 2 pm, we tried to call but they didn't pick up, so we left a message with our phone number. No calls back what so ever. We decided to call at 3:30. The first call, she answered, we were very polite and stated that we had an appointment and wanted to ask for the address. She hung up. We called again right away. She didn't answer. So we decided to use a different phone, she answered and we quickly asked for the address. Again, she was abrupt and her tone was still condescending. By the time our appointment was approaching, we came early in order to be on time. As I was signing in, the receptionist wife kept staring at me. So we made eye contact. When my brother was called in, the lady still continued to stare at me with an upset face, while I was just waiting in the waiting area. I would avoid this place if you are in urgent need. Just know that the wife does not care about anyone. The wife should just retire or just stay away from being a receptionist. She is the worst.

Dr. Lee is one of the few doctors who has truly earned my deepest respect. As this may be the final…read moreweek we visit his office, I felt it was important to express my sincere gratitude to both him and his daughter for the exceptional care they've provided over the years. My mother became a patient in 2021 during a very critical time. She was rushed to the emergency room due to unexplained internal bleeding and severe bruising. No one could determine the cause. I still vividly remember the first time I met Dr. Lee--it was close to midnight, between 11:30 PM and 12:00 AM. Despite the late hour, he arrived at the hospital promptly and took immediate action. At first, I assumed he was the night-shift doctor, but I later learned he had already worked a full day at his clinic and was still making himself available to care for patients after hours. That dedication left a lasting impression on me. Eventually, my mother was diagnosed with a very rare condition called Factor VIII Deficiency. Her own brother, who lived in Vietnam, had sadly passed away from similar symptoms. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have met Dr. Lee and his daughter, who both cared for my mother with such compassion and professionalism throughout the years. Even during her chemotherapy treatments, Dr. Lee daughter personally visited her in the hospital to monitor her condition. When my mother later traveled to Vietnam to visit family and encountered further health issues, Dr. Lee responded to my calls--even from overseas--and guided us on what steps to take until she was able to return to the U.S. That level of commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. Over the years, I have not only seen the excellent care he provided my mother but also learned from his example as a medical professional. His passion, tireless work ethic, and genuine concern for his patients are truly inspiring. Simply saying "thank you" does not fully express the immense respect and gratitude I have for Dr. Lee and his daughter. Their dedication and kindness have meant the world to my family and me. Respectfully, Son Pham
