Answered a model call via. Instagram for Nurse Trinh Dang. Initially wanted just chin filler but after detailed consultation we decided to do both chin and cheek filler. We spread out 3 different appointments. My first appointment was with Dr. Singh where we did 1ml of Juvederm volume XC in chin. Photos below show results of the first appointment 2 weeks after injection. My second and third appointment were done with Trinh. Second appointment we focused on adding projection to chin and smoothing out chin shadow using 1ml of Juvederm XC. I loved my experience with both service providers. However, I will be a lifelong client of Trinh's due to her honest, professional approach. You can tell she puts a lot of time and education into her practice and the results speak for themselves. The after photos (right) are after 1ml of Restalyn in the cheeks. I told her how I felt the right side of my face was much heavier than my left, and corrected by adding more volume which immediately gave me more facial symmetry, which is exactly what I was looking for. Trinh is also extremely communicative on social media and is easily reachable. She assured me that she is available whenever I had concerns about aftercare such as bruising or pain (which I had neither) This was my first time getting facial filler and was initially nervous about looking "too done", but by spacing out the appointments we were able to get the results we wanted without dramatic differences. Trinh did not push any treatments or additional filler on me, since I told her I wanted to preserve my natural features. I highly recommend the services here at Excel and will be coming back whenever I feel the need to get more work done! read more

As a now former patient of this med spa I am giving this place zero stars. Beware as Nurse Trinh Dang will share your personal medical information with her other med spa at Vline Cosmetics Clinic in Los Altos. Clearly does not care or even has knowledge of what HIPPA is. I'm completely taken back and extremely disappointed with who this spa hires for nurses. The women at this spa tend to gossip a lot and I was previously informed that the med spa community is very small therefore personal information about patients get shared, so in others words they talk about every patient and discuss personal medical I formation. My first visit here a couple of years ago was very positive, but whatever he has become in the last couple of years is completely focused on money and the upsell. When I first arrived at his office to get some Botox he made some conversation about even women as young as me early 30s wanting Botox and I had to correct him and tell him I was actually in my 40s- I eat very healthy, exercise 5 days a week and have a really involved skin care routine so yes I work for it (my point here is that even HE pointed out that I already looked 10 years younger when he first met me). Fast forward to recently: I came in to get some Botox from him again, and was shocked that he starts recommending these procedures I never expressed interest in like filler in the cheeks and correcting a little "indentation" in my cheek, (that no one would ever notice and that doesn't even bother me), laugh lines (non existent), and lifting my brows!? As if we women don't have enough insecurities-- he's trying to create ones that done exist? I was clearly drawing a line with him when I told him I wasn't interested in these procedures and very happy with how I look (I'm not bragging but I'm often told I'm very beautiful and we should all own our beauty inside out!). I was completely offended that after I made it very clear I wasn't interested he would then recommend something else. He comes across as nice --but very manipulative in this way, so watch out for a doctor trying to preying on what he thinks might your insecurities. I kept feeling like he didn't like the fact that I am happy with how I look? Is he threatened by strong, beautiful and smart self confident women? I left the office feeling icky that he had really violated my boundaries. It was like he would recommend something new each time I told him I wasn't interested- who does that?? Is he that clueless? Avoid this manipulative predatory upselling and find injectors/doctors that will respect your boundaries. And if he is really just clueless, then perhaps he needs a reality/humility check, and to stop turning women into Kylie Jenner blow up dolls. Not all of us want to look like that. Many of us come to do little corrections and enhancements- not to look like a cartoon. Rock your bad ass beautiful selves ladies and don't fall for it... read more

I went in to get NAD + Recovery Drip it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The office is beautiful, the Dr. and assistant we're both really really nice and did everything to address all of my questions and concerns and to make sure that I was comfortable. I felt pampered the entire 4 hours. Thank you both so much! I will definitely be going back; they offer so many services from skincare and weight loss, vitamin iv drips, hormone therapy, and other cosmetic services. After an amazing experience with the hydrafacial with Lam, I decided to come back and turn my facial care up a notch by coming in for a vampire facial with Katelyn. Both Lam and Katelyn were welcoming which was great as I was pretty nervous. Once I got situated i, Katelyn took the lead - she walked me through all the steps carefully and at a perfect pace. As for the facial, it does indeed live up to the name and involves drawing blood and pulling your platelets out to promote your baby skin to come out again. During the procedure, you'll feel the pricks, but they aren't painful. The facial will be done before you know it. When you go home, the skin feels a bit tight and could look more alarming than you think. Just follow the instructions and drink a lot of water, and you'll be back to normal in 4-5 days (I was on zoom 3 days after the procedure). 10/10 (5/5 for Yelp!) would recommend - can't wait to do it again to continue my skin rejuvenation journey! read more

I've been pleased with his work adding a little plump to my lips. Dr Singh does Botox, injections, facials. He is having a hydro facial special on Thursdays: $50. Normally $199. I was a little nervious going out to this clinic. First it was an hour or more away from where I live. ( Brentwood) Plus over 90f. However, Dominique was amazing. My stress went away as he was very kind. He really knew what to do. ( I've had botox before). The office is brand new and sparkling clean. Nurse Katelyn is the best! I found her through Instagram and was attracted to her monthly deals. I took advantage of her deal for Kybella and went in for two vials under my chin. During my visit, she made sure I was comfortable with my decision and the procedure itself. On a periodic visit dr decided to 'surprise' me with a 'better look' as he put it - thus completely changing my facial expression without me realising he was doing that until it was done. I could not recognise myself and it was definitely bad. I expressed my dissatisfaction. He said he wants to see me to fix it and that they will contact me to schedule. They never did. This first part of my review is about the nurse who did my Vampire facial. Her name is Katelyn! I got my first facial from her from another facility but I followed her to Excel. Where Katelyn goes, I go! I don't trust anyone but her to touch my face but her! Katelyn walked me through every step of the procedure and during the procedure she would check in to make sure I am not in pain. She is very fast and efficient! You know when you are at the doctors office and they ask if you have any questions and of course you say no, but the minute you walk out the door I suddenly have a million questions. So I messaged Katelyn and she answered everything and very quickly! She explains everything is so much detail and is so willing to help! Katelyn makes me feel so at ease. After the procedure Katelyn would check in with me periodically and I love that. This part of my review is for the Excel team. Dr.Singh explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. It was quick and easy! Then I got my blood drawn from a Excel nurse (I forgot her name), unfortunately it took the nurse a few times. She first tried my right arm and then she had to try the veins on BOTH my hand which hurts like a B. She couldn't draw any blood so they had to call Dr.Singh. Lucky he was able to draw the blood from my arm. I do want to give a shout out to LAM! She is part of the Excel team and she was amazing! She was the the one who greeted me and offered me any beverages. She is so bubbly and welcoming. She applied my numbing cream and helped out nurse Katelyn during the procedure. Best Aesthetic Doctor in town/city/state ever. Period. I have been going to Dr. Shail for past 3 years now. I have never seen such a generous and honest doctor who works in aesthetic field and only cares about the patient not about taking their money. I literally recommend everyone to him. I used to grind my teeth while sleeping. My jaw muscles were growing stronger and wider. Dr. Singh solved my issue and it has been 3 years and I see a lot of improvement. Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor! I have been going to him since the practice opened up and would never even consider going to someone else. He takes the time to listen to you, understand your needs, and suggests the best services catered to you. Never once have I felt like he was pushing a product for the sake of a sale.
