Luck would have it , she was there . Even though it was a simple fast transaction she managed to make it unpleasant . As we were finished she said , " You can go now ." . You can go now !! This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids.
