I had an amazing experience with Sprinter Health! I was able to book an appointment for my blood test super fast and at a time of the day that was very convenient for me. Andrea came to my house on Friday morning at 8:30am before I started work. This saved me a trip to the lab and waiting in line, with fear of covid exposure. Andrea was extremely nice and reassuring. The blood draw was super fast and painless. I often feel stressed and faint with blood draws in labs, but doing it from the comfort of my home with a friendly person changed everything. It actually felt like a comfortable and positive experience. Also worth mentioning the cleanliness (nurse wore shoe covers for example) and great covid precaution (mask, not staying long). The patient engagement specialist employed by Sprinter is another name for an outbound cold calling position. Humana and other insurance companies have contracted with sprinter to manage specific tests as either required or recommended by your primary or the ins. Tcompany itself to reduce future health incidents with preventative care. All good, however the problem is in the harassment the patients need to tolerate from the high number of irritating calls, emails and texts from Sprinter in the attempt to arrange an appointment for a service, that you do not wish to participate in. Another issue is the marketing to get you to call Sprinter and set up a test, states you can ask and find out what tests are needed. True but you need to confirm your ID for HIPPAA. They have the worst service and nurses who lie about the customer when they dont want to do the job. I had my insurance company send them out to draw blood and take a urine sample and on the day of my appointment the nurse contacted me and asked if it was ok to come out early because she was in town. I told her sure that i am home. When she arrived se fiddled around in her car for a few minutes and came to the door. I invited her in and she walked in and as soon as she got in the door she told me that her supervisor text her for her to call the office and walked out the door got in her car and drove away.. a hour went by she never called messaged or emailed me back so i called he office to find out whats going on. The lady on the phone said that she didnt know whats going on that she had to call her office and she would call me back. About 30 to 45 minutes she called me back and told me that the nurae said that my house was unfit to go into. I was like thats bull because my house is clean , dont stink. Im sorry my house is a older house that was build back in the 40s and not a. New 500 thousand house she expected. I do admit that there is some writing on my walls that one of my 4 boys did that wouldnt come off and i haven't had the time to repaint the wals because i am no longer working due to being on disability and cant afford the paint it takes to repaint my house. I told the lady on the phone to havs a supervisor call me and about a hour later a supervisor called and i told her what happened and she said the has to take the work of there employee and will not send a supervisor out to my house that i will have to reschedule the appointment and go somewhere else but my house. I ended up telling her that thays not going to happen that i was reporting them to.the insurance company and i will never have there services. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with how good of an experience this was. My mother-in-law needed her blood drawn and she was sent to LabCorp. My wife didn't want to drive her because they are famous for long lines, wasted time, and bad customer service. And now during COVID she was also afraid of the possibility of COVID exposure. So we decided to try Sprinter Health. The sign up was quick and super easy. I was surprised at how quickly I could get an appointment. I signed up at 6pm and they had appointments available the next morning. I picked the one for 8am the next day. Within 5 min after I setup an appointment, a phlebotomist who was assigned this blood draw called me to confirm the appointment and provide advance instructions based on the specific blood test we needed. She was very nice and sounded like we are her only patient and my mother-in-law is all she cared about. She showed up at our house at exactly 8am the next morning. She brought everything with her, was dressed in a uniform and showed us her badge for security purposes. She was very nice. My mother-in-law is scared of people and doesn't like her blood drawn. The phlebotomist put her at ease right away and even made her laugh. This was definitely different from an experience I had in a LabCorp before. The phlebotomist wanted to make sure it doesn't get messy, so she covered her work area with water absorbent sheets. Her work was very fast and accurate. You could tell this wasn't her first blood draw. I was looking at the sheets she setup and packaging she had to open to do the blood draw and expected her to ask where she can trash it. To my surprise she didn't do that. She packed all the trash and took it with her, making it a super easy experience for me. Within 10 min of her leaving, I got a text message that the blood was dropped off at the lab. She also passed the insurance info to the lab so I didn't have to worry about it. I was surprised at high much this company thought about every detail. Overall I would rate this as 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend to others. read more

Had a really great experience with Sprinter for a hemoglobin test. Booking online was extremely easy, with availabilities that week. Andrea and Geoff showed up exactly on time, with the blood draw being one of the swiftest / most painless I've ever had (they were in and out in 4 minutes total!). I was overdue for some blood tests, so I booked an appointment on Sprinter Health to save time and reduce my chances for COVID exposure (versus visiting a lab). It was easy to set up an account and book an appointment. Sprinter Health needed a "test requisition" from my doctor, so I sent a message to my doctor and they faxed it directly to Sprinter Health. On the day of my visit, the Sprinter Health team arrived right on time, took my samples quickly, and I received the test results from my doctor that same afternoon. read more

Sprinter Health was so convenient and efficient! I was able to get a next-day appointment for a blood draw to be done at my home, avoiding the inconvenience of driving to a lab (especially during COVID!). I received text communications confirming the appointment, and from the Sprinters when they were on their way. Upon arrival, the Sprinters were so friendly, professional, and quick! They explained what I could expect, answered my questions, and left information about after-care...even though it was just a simple blood draw!
