I had a very disappointing experience at Danny Chan Chiropractic. I arrived about 15 minutes late…read morebecause I genuinely forgot about the appointment, and the front desk staff was already rude from the start. Even though they decided to still take me in, the entire interaction felt unprofessional. After filling out the paperwork, I mentioned I would be paying out of pocket. During a phone call I had with the office about 3 weeks earlier, I was told the visit would cost around $110-$120. However, the front desk suddenly told me it would be $200. When I explained what I had previously been told, instead of trying to help or clarify professionally, I was asked "what office did you call?" and told it was "maybe the coupon price." If that price was discussed before, it should have been honored or at least handled respectfully. Instead, I was basically given an ultimatum: either continue with the appointment at the higher price or cancel. I chose to cancel. Overall, the customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC Daly City…read more Very disappointing experience. I scheduled my appointment in advance, completed all the paperwork, and arrived on time. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, the receptionist, Sami, told me my chiropractor session had to be postponed. What frustrated me most was being singled out while other patients -- including walk-ins who arrived after me -- were still being seen. Completely disrespectful of my time and very unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Avoid this place on Fridays--the receptionist is completely incompetent and dismissive…read more On 8/21/2026, she delayed my appointment because another patient checked in earlier on an app, even though I overheard that patient say they were seeing Dr. Amy and I was seeing Dr. M. Making me wait behind someone seeing a completely different doctor makes zero sense and shows a total lack of basic operational awareness. When I tried to clarify, she was rudely dismissive and refused to listen. My time as a patient matters. If I could give zero stars for the front desk, I would. Management needs to fix Friday staffing immediately.
