This place is very clean and new. The parking was a little confusing but I think that's my GPS's fault. As soon as we walked in, we had a friendly man that helped enter our info for the first time. As we sat and waited, there was coffee, water, and candy free for guests to enjoy. The man that helped us, I believe his name was Angel, was so very nice and helpful in explaining everything and taking the time to understand what we were looking for and he made recommendations. They have a great deal for first time customers, spend $150, get $50 off. They have all of their product on display and the prices are clearly posted on the TVs. Quality: I just returned home after purchasing several bottles of medicine and noticed that one bottle shows that it expires in about two weeks on February 5, 2018. The vaporizer cartridge expires on February 18, 2018. Today is January 20, 2018. Discussion: I have never purchased medicine that expires shortly after the purchase date. Please see attached photo. At first I would go to Curaleaf and I liked it. It was convenient, in Dadeland easy to get to. I was using the slimvapes, which are very convenient. So I finally found a medicine that works for me and they run out? FOR WEEKS! I called and after 30 minutes on hold I was told they couldn't tell me when it was coming in and to try to call at the end of the week. Did she even notice I was on hold for 30 minutes and she thinks I'm going to do that again? There's other places down the street, Curaleaf lost my business 100%. I gave them another chance. Then after Black Friday they had no stock AGAIN! A bunch of Black Friday deals and no stock. Wait it gets better. Checking them out in December, nothing! Christmas deal text, great, is there stock? NO! They even had a deal of $75 off $150 for renews and they didn't want to give it to me because it was January and the deal was for December, even though the manager told me for inconvenience they will note my account so I cAn get the deal. Did that happen? NO! I gave another chance because they received some of the thing I need. Finally, they had what I needed and after bitching for a few minutes they gave me the deal. Jeezzzz do they know they are not the only dispensary in town? I found Trulieve because Curaleaf didn't have stock. I only went back to get the deal. Not going back. read more

*I came in as a guest, as I am a CA resident and due to the FL state law, only FL residents are able to get medical cards, regardless of the laws in your home state*. Coming from CA, I had my first glimpse at a Florida dispensary coming to Curaleaf. The store is bright and clean, and conveniently located right off of a main road. The check in process is very quick and easy and there was no wait to get helped. All of their product is displayed on digital screens along with their prices and THC/CBD content. They sell everything from flower to pills to tinctures, among other product. As of now, FL has not legalized the sale of edibles, which, for the sake of all Florida residents, hopefully will happen soon. If I choose to stay in FL and get my card, I will most certainly have no problem coming to Curaleaf for all of my marijuana products!!! read more

However, due to demand there is usually a shortage of some products and always an annoyingly long wait - whether picking up in person or delivery. I know medical marijuana is a new concept to Florida but Curaleaf definitely has a lot of kinks to work out. After waiting over an hour both times I was there (due to promotions and their computers being down) I was told to place an order thru their app and wouldn't have to wait. So in May I placed an order and i was sent a text message saying it would be ready in about 30-45 minutes and id receive a text when it was ready. 2 days... 5 days.. finally a week later, nothing! I was fuming mad since i hadn't received a response and couldn't get anyone on the phone (mailbox was also full and unable to leave a message) and i went in to speak with a manager. They couldn't find my order anywhere, despite showing them my text confirmation and order number. They stated their app had some issues and I should call the 800 number to place my orders from now on. So I did just that today.. 5 hours later I get a text saying my order has been cancelled and to come in to purchase my medication. The staff there is nice as could be, they take their time explaining everything to the customers which can be annoying because most people know what they want already and have to wait for people who know nothing! They need an express lane, an app that actually functions properly and better organizational skills. They are a hot mess! I'm looking forward to other dispensaries opening in the next couple months. Knox is way nicer and more organized and less than a 20 minute wait every time, but their products aren't as good and way more money, for those reasons I'll continue to purchase From curaleaf for now, but It's been a terrible experience every time. Be prepared for aggravation when dealing with them. Rant Update: Curaleaf has worked there kinks out and have had fast service in the last 3 months. I was not very impressed with my first two visits. I am new to this and my doctor suggested I try to manage my chronic pain. Ok brought my ID card and doctor's recommendations. The girl at the counter suggested strains, but gave very little information about them. I was also given a VERY brief demo on setting up the vape pen. She failed to show me the voltage selector knob and didn't explain the on/off switch use. I tolerated the disposable pen, but when I used the cartridge and reusable pen, I coughed for 10 minutes and had razor blade sensation in my throat. As a former cigarette smoker I was very tolerant of cigarettes, cigars, and pipes. I later read that Curaleaf adds fillers to their products and these can be irritating. I wrote the company and basically got little info back in the response. I'm disappointed in my experience and am going to try Trulieve which I heard has pure oils without fillers or additives. I hope it works after all the expense and doctor visits to get the ID card in the first place as an alternative to opiate prescription medications. read more

You just enter your patient number and other identifying info and they look up your prescription and make recommendations of what suits your needs that is in stock locally. We checked out the reviews of the strains that they were recommending in real time at www.leafly.com during our online chat with the Curaleaf rep to make sure that the third party reviews of the different strains confirmed that they were good for what mom needed and the Curaleaf rep was right on the nose. We were ready to order two vape cartridges for $72, and the chat lady said they would give us a $50 discount if we ordered one more, so we ended up getting three for $58, plus free delivery and a free battery operated vape pen. It will be delivered tomorrow, but they couldn't guaranty a specific time. The driver will call us. read more

Ill give it 3 stars for now, the atmosphere and employees were great.  I really wanted to like this place a lot, as Id rather buy from curaleaf vs Knox down the street.  Mainly due to Knox trying to rename their products for branding purposes and that the owner is against flower.  However, the two vape cartridge products that I bought are so thick that they minimally hit at best and mostly not at all.  I had to cut them with mct oil and now they will work a little.  When/if they get this corrected Ill go back to curaleaf but for now Ill unfortunately have to go down the street. read more

The store itself is the worst in terms of size and convenience. They have problems with inventory, always short and lacking variety of strains. A CO2 vape leaked and after a long time waiting in line they just told me to return the product at the store, not even an apology like they are the only ones selling these products in town. The only positive note is the price, a bit lower than competition for vapes. But everyone knows a company cannot sustain itself on low prices as a strategy of growth so I think they started with the wrong foot in south florida. read more
