It's not usually in my nature to write reviews, but I have to make an exception for the vibe at MÜV…read morein North Miami. This was my first visit, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The store is clean, well-organized, and I really liked that most of the product boxes are on display -- it makes for a hands-on experience and invites you to ask questions. Michael helped me during my visit and was both attentive and impressively knowledgeable, not just about the products but about the industry overall. I took advantage of the first-time discount (and stocked up!), but I have to say the second-time discount is pretty tempting too. All in all, a great first experience. I'll definitely be back. Well done, MÜV!

Every visit feels welcoming, comfortable, and personal, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I really want to recognize the people who make this place what it is: Cristina, Jorge (aka José ), Matt, Lynn, Bernard, Nick, Wade, Camila, and Charlie, thank you for always being so kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely wonderful to deal with. And I absolutely cannot forget the delivery team! Giuli, Conni, Gina... I'm sorry if I'm mixing up names or forgetting someone! It's honestly hard to remember every single person, but I tried because you all deserve to be recognized. To anyone whose name I missed, please forgive me, it is definitely not because you haven't made an impression. There are simply so many great people working here that remembering everyone is a challenge! RISE really does an amazing job taking care of its patients, whether you're walking into the dispensary or having an order delivered. It's rare to find a place where so many members of the team consistently make you feel valued and cared for. Thank you to the entire RISE team for everything you do. You guys are amazing!

Village Pharmacy has switched almost all their communication to text and online, but they forgot…read morethe part where they need to communicate back. Seems simple enough to request a refill, but they don't confirm receipt of an online request, or let you know the script is ready. On a more personal note, the meds I order require a specific dosing tool because the medication is meted out in clicks. Village Pharmacy has compounded the medication into syringes at least half a dozen times, which makes me wonder what else they are missing. I prefer to support local businesses, but as soon as the dosage matches that available on Chewy, I'll be switching to their pharmacy.

Really impressed with the service. I don't know if the price is more than other pharmacies, but I am sold on the service alone.
