The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. Instead of verifying the truth, he just slapped a note on my account saying they will "check my flower before leaving" next time. What a lazy, dismissive excuse for customer service. This whole situation felt super sketchy and completely uncomfortable--especially after a long day of work. I shouldn't have to wait in line a second time to fix your mistake only to be treated like I'm trying to scam you. That's insulting. Honestly, now I'm wondering if your employees are stealing or just too high to pay attention to what's going on. Either way, it's unacceptable.
