Place is totally lacking in customer service. Made an appointment via online time stated 3:30 pm. Received an email the morning of the appointment that it was at 2:00 pm. (Some people do hold jobs in Miami) Arrived at 2:02 pm and was told the doctor left at 2 pm. Was rudely told that I needed to be there 15 minutes before the appointment time and no where on material that was sent was that informed. Receptionist would not even let me speak for for me showing up when I did was my fault when in fact I followed all their procedures. Place seemed cleaned but really wasn't a doctor's office. Receptionist needs to be retrain or maybe trained in customer service. read more

I will start off with I've been with them since about 2017. They started off rather decent (horrible appointment wait times), they went from a Drs Office to what looked like a temporary back door location, office was falling apart. Upon experiencing some elevated medical issues, I reached out to the office about a REF. I was LIED to and as usual it's about money with them. I was offered a paid appointment with zero guarantee AND the wording of the email I received was basically saying it's not an option. If you are in NEED of true professionals, goto Releaf Med. If you can go to another office then do it. This is not a good office. The receptionist/secretary acts as if you are inconveniencing her. She was supposed to give me a temporary password when I left which she did not. After 2 weeks my name is still not in the portal. I called and they said they must have misspelled my email. I got 3 email from them before my appointment and 1 afterwards so this misspelled email is a bit suspicious. When I called, the person on the phone said my email will be at the portal in 24 hours. I'll update if it is. I told them I'd write this review if it wasn't fixed in 3 hours. No surprise it wasn't. If you have to go to this office this is my advice. 1. Don't expect a pleasant reception 2. Get your temporary password before you leave and see if it works while you are at the office. 3. Don't leave the office until it is working. After 4 days and many calls finally someone at the call center was able to help so i was added to the state registry. So what should have happened on day 1 happened 19 days after my visit. I have an issue and was not able to have me treatment, still don't because of this horrible secretary at the south miami office. Don't go there but if you must do not leave the office until you confirm she has put you in the registry. If marijuana doctor cares about their customers they should train or dismiss her. Total waste of my time and money. After paying online and making arrangements to get to my appointment, I was treated rather dismissively you the staff. The doctor was nice but apparently there are only seven criteria for getting a license in the afternoon of Florida and they are quite serious. Cancer, HIV, Crohn's disease, PTSD, glaucoma, and a handful of other serious ailments will qualify you if you don't have those then you are absolutely wasting your time going to this doctor. Additionally, they can't refund your money at the office. I now have to make an additional call to get the payment reversed. Very misleading web marketing. read more

Went to my appointment and almost three weeks later still waiting for my perscription. When they wrote my perscription it was for four days only. When I call they say they have many issues right now and they will again forward my concern to the doctor. Still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They appear just not to care. read more

I took a shot at Marijuana Doctor, and I chose the right one. Granted I do have to many health problems to list but it only took me a few days short of a month to have my card in hand. This company needs to stop trying to save money with hiring young kids that are rude and immature and don't care if you stay with the company or not . I had my review two months ago told the dr I wanted to add flower to my script he said ok , they didn't have the paper work for it yet but he never said anything this was on a Friday on Monday they had the paper work no one said anything to me . when I later on called when the dispensaries had the flower they told me it would be 50.00 to sign the paper , I said I was just there a few days ago , what a joke . So I waited a little bit had some medical problems and didn't make an apt no one said I only had 30 days for the fifty dollar price so get this when I called them and you go straight through to Miami to the young kids that can care less they told me it would be 149.00 now I said WHAT are you crazy and they give me the run a round with a lot of bs ,, and argue with me I asked for a supervisor and they would not give one to me . Then they tell me to contact the doctor location and I told the guy you know there is no number to the store only you can send them a message he was really being a jerk . I told him to contact them and if I don't get a call from them today me and a lot of friends that I refered will go some place else . Talk about BAD customer service I guss you get what the company paid for . And all the sneaky price changes is totally wrong , I think I will report them to the state there taking advantage of people and its not right.. I don't recommend this company at all any more . I went to the coconut creek location May 17, 2019. Things started off wrong from the start. The office was at address 4651 fl-7 , but no suite # given. I searched for 10 min then called customer service. They could not tell me for another 10 min that it was located inside another business by the name of EastWestPhysicians and the sign out top just said Physicians. After meeting with the doctor, I was processed by his assistant Alex,who could not provide me with copies of the paperwork I signed because this was not her office nor did I get a receipt of the payment I made. I signed up for the monthly membership with an additional $50 activation fee because they advertise you would give you a packet with promos & coupons at the office of your appointment. That turned out to be a misleading ad because Alex had no packet for me. She promised to email me the paperwork and the coupons but that never happened. Further, they entered my birthday from my drivers license wrong that took them a few days to correct and cause a further delay in the state's paperwork because my application was denied initially due to the error. Today, June 4 after many phone calls I still have no membership packet of promos/coupons. My first 35 day period ends June 21 & I still have no product in hand. This operation mainly operates out of other businesses, promises things they don't deliver and provides numerous excuses for everything. They are not professional and don't explain the prescription at all. I only went there as they promise a money back guarantee. Be aware that there are numerous clinics in the area with competitive rate and others with much higher rates. They all play with the cost #'s.
