Let me tell you... I was honestly impressed. Like 10/10 impressed. From the products I picked to the help I got from Christina, Matt, Lynn, and Nick, everything just felt easy, smooth, and actually enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly, knew their stuff, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. The whole process, from choosing what I wanted to checking out, was seamless. No stress, no confusion, just good vibes all around. Safe to say... this is officially my new go-to Between the pricing and how easy everything is, I'm sold. Every visit feels welcoming, comfortable, and personal, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I really want to recognize the people who make this place what it is: Cristina, Jorge (aka José ), Matt, Lynn, Bernard, Nick, Wade, Camila, and Charlie, thank you for always being so kind, helpful, patient, and genuinely wonderful to deal with. And I absolutely cannot forget the delivery team! Giuli, Conni, Gina... I'm sorry if I'm mixing up names or forgetting someone! It's honestly hard to remember every single person, but I tried because you all deserve to be recognized. To anyone whose name I missed, please forgive me, it is definitely not because you haven't made an impression. There are simply so many great people working here that remembering everyone is a challenge! RISE really does an amazing job taking care of its patients, whether you're walking into the dispensary or having an order delivered. It's rare to find a place where so many members of the team consistently make you feel valued and cared for. Thank you to the entire RISE team for everything you do. You guys are amazing!

That spot felt a little sketchy, and the service just wasn't it. But here? Total opposite. Service was quick, super friendly, and the overall vibe was great. They had amazing music playing (Sanctuary by Hikaru Utada was on--that's how much I was enjoying myself, I even remembered the song!). Two gentlemen helped me at first, both very sweet. But what really made the experience go from good to stellar was a fabulous diva with long hair who jumped into the convo--an absolute total sweetheart. went above and beyond to explain their booklet promo, which no one at Coral Gables ever took the time to do Paulino is who helped me over there definitely avoid him. On top of that, the flower was super fire--great quality--and the prices were totally fair. Everything about the experience felt welcoming and transparent, which I appreciated even more after my first time at the other location. This is 100% the spot I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend this location over Coral Gables--night and day difference in both service and energy.

The last time I went in there was an issue and I was getting a 20% off for the inconvenience. This time when I made the apt (which you have to pay upfront for) they did not ring it up, which no problem I asked for them to refund the 20%. I was told it couldn't be done unless a manager was in the store and approved it and gave me an infinite runaround. It's a violation of the FTC consumer laws. Businesses are supposed to give refunds with the same ease as they processed payment. They have a complete disregard for their patients. They just care about getting you in and charging you anything aside from that is an issue.
