My fault for not doing my homework before shopping here. I went in last week to purchase a live rosin disposable pen and it lasted me one day, these last me two or three days tops. There was still some oil visible, confirmed by the associates at sunburn. Unfortunately, it's store policy that returns are only accepted with original packaging. I went in again this week for a return and was met by a respectful gentleman at the counter and he politely called his manager, Dani. When Dani came outside from her hole the atmosphere changed. Zero empathy and I could tell she did not want to help me with zero customer service skills. She repeatedly told me, at least 4 times, that I needed original packaging to refund this item, as if I was a nuisance and had to go about my business. I was offered two prefilled joints that tasted absolutely awful to be completely honest. I expressed my disappointment and tried just one more time to see if I could somehow get a new product. All other dispensaries do not have this policy or at least the ones I have shopped in Miami. She mentioned, for some odd reason "keep in mind that these are .5g" in a sort of snarky tone. Dani, there is still a bunch of oil in the pen I had to throw away, the amount is not the issue. I am aware how much these are but this is clearly not the issue. I then asked for her name and her response was "I don't feel comfortable giving you my name". Ok, I asked her professional associate (he should be the manager) what's his name as well as his managers and he did not hesitate. The managers name was Dani. Dani refused to give me her name as manager of this store and treated me like I was nonexistent. I have worked in restaurants all my life and I would never treat someone like this. Good luck Sunburn Cannabis. I don't feel you belong in Miami Beach anymore. Do your research before you purchase anything from here or better yet, don't.

A lot of spots can make you feel like you're somewhere you're not supposed to be or like you need to rush in and out. Sunburn feels the opposite. It actually has a storefront lounge vibe where you can relax, look around, and enjoy the experience. Shoutout Joe who helped me out during my visit and was super helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. He took the time to answer all my questions without making anything feel rushed and set me up for purchase. Also, shoutout to Maria's playlist because you nailed it. The music was perfect -- great techno playing/matching the energy and clientele. That detail definitely didn't go unnoticed! It gave the place a cool, modern atmosphere that you don't get in most dispensaries. Another huge plus: the parking situation is amazing. There's a big lot in the back and it's incredibly easy to get in and out, which makes the whole visit stress-free. Overall, Sunburn feels like they actually care about the experience, not just the transaction. Friendly staff, great vibe, great music, and easy parking.
