The two gram forever vape device it lasts you forever because it doesn't work, available only at…read moreSuttera. I recently purchased a 2g Float disposable vape from Surterra, and to my surprise, it didn't work at all straight out of the box. Naturally, I tried charging it--still completely dead. I returned to the store within a couple of hours, where an employee confirmed the device was defective. At that point, I assumed a simple exchange would follow--apparently, that was optimistic of me. Instead, I was issued a store credit but informed I couldn't receive a replacement because I didn't have enough "inhalation" remaining to qualify for another 2g device. So, just to be clear: I purchased a product that didn't work, returned it promptly, and the solution offered was a credit that doesn't even cover the cost of anything I choose for a replacement. When I asked what I was supposed to do with the defective vape, I was told I could "try to get the oil out of it." That was a particularly helpful suggestion--I didn't realize purchasing a disposable vape also required me to become a part-time extraction technician. The use of the word "try" was especially reassuring. To make matters more practical, the credit provided doesn't even cover the cost of a similar product, and there were no suitable alternatives within that price range. The 2g product I originally purchased typically lasts me about a week, so this situation leaves me without the medication I rely on--something I was also informed is "not their problem." Overall, it's an impressive system: sell a defective product, offer limited credit, deny an even exchange, and suggest the customer dismantle the device themselves. Not exactly what I had in mind when I made the purchase.

I came here while on family vacation after trying…read morea few different smoke shops, and hands down they have the best flower products in the whole area. It was my first experience in Hallandale where I actually couldn't immediately choose what to buy because it all the options looked and smelled amazing, and ended up smoking the same way. They are also the most knowledgeable, honest & helpful in describing how their products work and the differences. Loved the mushroom blend chocolate selection as well, did not regret trying them at all Stop by this place for a good time if you're in the area, their beer and snack selection is top tier as well; would highlyyy recommend

A great place to get premium weed…read more This place is only worth it if your coming to shell out on the top shelf. The rest of the stuff sadly has disappointed me apart from a few outliers from sales and what not . Not as consistent across the board like Jungle Boys but has had most of the best weed overall and concentrates that have been in the program. (RIP old school OnePlant). Recommend: Blue Lobster Deep Space (smells like cat piss though lol) Grease Monkey 710 concentrates (Rosin pens or hash) The Kimber Wizard Trees ‍ (orange magic )

And they are charging top shelf prices Place is a straight up scam. They don't focus on QC so you are constantly looking for something better than whatever bs you get stuck with.. the flower looks pretty and smells decent but nine times outta 10 the effects/flavor don't back it up at all. They just can't seem to get rid of the cardboard taste. I especially recommend staying away from strains like zoap, perm marker, z from this place. They are a sad reflection of the real strains. Flavor rarely translates from smell. Only decent strain I've had from them was sherbanger and that was like 6 months ago.

Close They are located only a few miles from my house, which made it super convenient to pop over without an appointment and get in and out within about 45 minutes which was amazing to me. Clean I was really impressed by the cleanliness and decor of this establishment. Everything was nicely placed for perfect viewing. The staff sits to your right when you enter and there's a few seats to your left while you wait to see the doctor. This place is well kept. Cure If you've done your research on medical marijuana, then you know the endless benefits it has on your health mentally and physically. It's the cure for many ailments.
