The last time I went in there was an issue and I was getting a 20% off for the inconvenience. This time when I made the apt (which you have to pay upfront for) they did not ring it up, which no problem I asked for them to refund the 20%. I was told it couldn't be done unless a manager was in the store and approved it and gave me an infinite runaround. It's a violation of the FTC consumer laws. Businesses are supposed to give refunds with the same ease as they processed payment. They have a complete disregard for their patients. They just care about getting you in and charging you anything aside from that is an issue.
