They had amazing music playing (Sanctuary by Hikaru Utada was on--that's how much I was enjoying myself, I even remembered the song!). Two gentlemen helped me at first, both very sweet. The last time I went in there was an issue and I was getting a 20% off for the inconvenience. This time when I made the apt (which you have to pay upfront for) they did not ring it up, which no problem I asked for them to refund the 20%. I was told it couldn't be done unless a manager was in the store and approved it and gave me an infinite runaround. It's a violation of the FTC consumer laws. Businesses are supposed to give refunds with the same ease as they processed payment. They have a complete disregard for their patients. They just care about getting you in and charging you anything aside from that is an issue.

The office is clean and organized. The administration staff was friendly and professional. The initial appointment is basically for an orientation and paperwork. The fee is $300 for the office plus the $75 Florida registration fee. Upon completion, you will receive an appointment to meet with the doctor for the physical consultation then await approval. There is a 210 day doctor followup fee of $150 plus an annual card fee of $10.
