Loved It! Way Better Than the Coral Gables Location I had such a great experience at this location--way better than the Coral Gables one, which I honestly wouldn't return to. That spot felt a little sketchy, and the service just wasn't it. But here? Total opposite. Service was quick, super friendly, and the overall vibe was great. They had amazing music playing (Sanctuary by Hikaru Utada was on--that's how much I was enjoying myself, I even remembered the song!). Two gentlemen helped me at first, both very sweet. But what really made the experience go from good to stellar was a fabulous diva with long hair who jumped into the convo--an absolute total sweetheart. went above and beyond to explain their booklet promo, which no one at Coral Gables ever took the time to do Paulino is who helped me over there definitely avoid him. On top of that, the flower was super fire--great quality--and the prices were totally fair. Everything about the experience felt welcoming and transparent, which I appreciated even more after my first time at the other location. This is 100% the spot I'll be coming back to. They're flower is mediocre. They are concentrates are piss poor quality. They like to create their own names, so you have to get used to their made up names instead of going by actual strains. There are six other dispensaries I could name I've gone into every single one of them with a faulty device/battery and I have had all of these other dispensaries standby their products. I've always been given a new battery if they're battery stops working. Not fluent. They have a 10 day policy. They are ridiculous. They're not getting any business from me. The ironic and funny thing is, I figured out why this battery was not working and was able to get it back and running as if it was brand new. They could have kept a patient, but I will take my money to a different company. A company that cares about their patience, and not about the almighty dollar. $10 is what cost them to lose a patient as well as the inability to help. It's amazing to be met with friction and the personality of a concrete wall, when trying to find a solution. read more

I sincerely do love this place, not just because of the medicine, but because of each your bud tenders! I don't feel like I am just a number on the registry. For those that only know Trulieve, check out Fluent, specifically the Kendall location. It's very slow and the employees take real time with you. It's also more like going to a store than a prison. Their location is conveniently located and always an easy in-out process. I order online most of the time and go pick up. Fluent staff are always extremely helpful. Establishment is super clean and everyone is always (lately) wearing face masks. I've never really had to wait longer than 5 min or so for my order. I don't know if process takes longer when you go in to order or not but I'm happy with how smooth things go when I pre-order. You also have the option to see what in stock so it makes it a lot faster and easier. I typically only come here for cartridges because they never have much flower but choice selections are ok. read more
