My boyfriend LOVES this place. Especially their edibles because they're VEGAN. Thank you!!! We especially appreciated the informative bud tender, the clean and inviting space as well as comfy seating. The customer service was impeccable and as a guest I was made to feel welcomed, and my boyfriend was not rushed. read more

Front desk employer had awful attitude because I walked in 10 min before closing, most unprofessional and unpleasant Dispensary I've been too as well as overpriced lmao, save your time and go to the trulieve right around the corner. And also their weed has seeds in it read more

Weed taste like it was growing in mildew or not grown properly. Thankfully they will be closing soon.

Fluent Cannabis Care in Cutler Bay is by far my favorite dispensary in the US. Quality products and affordable prices. Plus, Shea, Paulino & Joey are amazing!! They really know about the products and how to guide you. read more

I pay when I got to my car and look at my receipt the total was $202.50 I went back inside and told him what my actual total was that he had to give me $47.50 my change I was so mad he gave me back $42.00. I don't think this is the first time he has done this stealing from customers. I don't think I will go back to that Fluent and used to be my favorite. Pay attention to your receipts M H read more

Horrible customer service instead of putting the people who are undecided to the left to look at the menu they keep them at the front of the line and make you wait. Sucks read more

FLUENT - Cutler Bay - Cannabis Clinics Near Me - Miami, Florida

A lot of false advertising going on here they have priced marked one thing but if you want to use ur discount you have to take it from the price that's scratched out so essentially no discount t exists. With trulieve around the corner I can't understand why ppl would pay such absorbent amounts for weed read more

First time ever in a dispensary and what an experience! Paulino (spelling) was such a huge help! I went in without a clue and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the options and explained every single question I had without feeling rushed or pressured. Highly recommend coming here you won't regret it. read more

Pre ordered for curbside pick up, waiting on phone while in parking lot, another customer pulls in after me and leaves before me. Finally had to go in and get my pre order. I just had surgery and requested curbside because I can't walk yet without problems. Had to manage and go in. Order was not ready. Bad service, one star since product is good. Get it together. read more

Great friendly knowledgeable staff. All personnel shows personal interest in patient care. With follow up calls to ensure product quality and availability. Not one dispensary has shown that level of personal interests with their patients in South Florida as long as I have had my license. Fluent is and up and coming dispensary with outstanding customer care. Fluent as a company strives to focus on having the highest quality product with a very well trained staff. There still working on both their products and their pricing, but as a patient I can see the future of this being one of the top rated dispensaries. They are thinking outside the box, offering a vast amount of knowledge and a good variety of Great products. Keep it up, Fluent Cutler Bay! You guys are setting the bar! I have not been to another Fluent location as of yet but the personnel at the Cutler Bay location or nothing less than exceptional!Although being honest in my review it is a little bit pricey read more

Good staff very friendly but the flower is just terrible. They charge the same as other dispensaries but carry lower quality. My review is based off the products not the customer service. read more
