As the trip departure became close we had a national pandemic occur with Corona Virus (COVID-19). We are unable to travel now due to our wives and the risk the virus carries we also do not want to contribute to the pandemic. I notified Carol of this situation and simply asked for a refund. I paid her in full the rental for 8 days and the security deposit which she is now not willing to refund any of it. This is a time we should be working together and have some understanding with difficult situations. With everything going on in the world with the national pandemic even AirBnB is offering full refunds with no penalties on their rentals. This just shows you who she is.
