There is no reasonable explanation for how a one-year well visit, which requires weight, measurements, physical exam, and developmental checks, can be done virtually. What made this worse is that Jessica was physically present, walked by multiple times, clearly aware of the situation, and did nothing to address it, despite being the person who gave us the incorrect information in the first place. No apology. No clarification. No attempt to fix the mistake. We left without being seen after wasting an entire morning, gas, and a baby's schedule. This was disorganized, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No regard for a parent's time; I had to take a day off work. If you are a parent considering this practice, confirm everything in writing, because verbal assurances apparently mean nothing here.

It took us both exactly 60 minutes (with our blood withdrawn in-house) from the moment we arrived to the moment we walked out to the car. My favorite part is that if everything is OK they call you and tell you over the phone instead of wasting your time and making you make another appointment to simply get your blood work results. This facility is really nice too. Sounds too good to be true? OK, the only downfall may be you will have to park in metered parking in the near by garage. Other than that it should be fairly simple which is honestly how it should be. This is probably one of the best health clinics right now. I am suffering tremendously from iron infusions tha i received so irresponsibly here…read more I am extremely sensitive to medication and went in to this not understanding the risks which were not at ALL shared with me. in fact the opposite. I felt pressured to take the infusions even though when I sat in the infusion center I was having symptoms and the nurses stated what your experiencing is "normal". I am not the same since these infusions. After the third infusio I could barely walk down the block due to experiencing shortness of breath. The infusions awakened a mast cell issue for me that was dormant. I don't know if I will ever fully heal. as a result of the infusions I was unable to enjoy my newborn baby who is almost a year old. I am still not fully healed from both the trauma of the experience as well as physically. There was ZERO accountability taken and ZERO remorse. Proceed with caution.

All of a sudden she is gone for any follow/up. All Labs and tests she ordered led nowhere. The practice did call after lab results and mentioned a referred doctor by voicemail. The office wait was awful. I was early for my appointment. Filled out the paperwork. Still waited in first waiting room for 30 minutes. Got called to the exam room. Got my skimpy gown on and waited at least another 30 minutes .... unreal. The Dr Senemar after my exam says go to her office and we will talk more. Since I had never been there I went to an office that had her name on it and sat on the couch. Ten minutes later the nurse sees me and says what are you doing here? Wadda' think! She moves me to another waiting room. No one ever came. I went to checkout by myself. The clerk was young, stupid and not helpful. No knowledge of what prescriptions and referrals the Doctor had made. It was maddening. After I left she ran out the door to hand me an envelop with prescriptions and referrals. Thanks very much. I will never go there again.

We sought out her assistance/help as roughly six months ago my husband and I hit a breaking point (in full disclosure) with many life changes going on (cross-country move, differences in habits/space, job-related change etc.). To be transparent, I felt (because of the circumstances) we were on our last leg. The only thing I could think of to help was maybe therapy so I looked online and saw Lotus (and Victoria) had good reviews and instantaneously requested to book a session with her. I had been to two other relationship counselors in another city from some time ago that did not help at all, so was not quite confident (even with seeing good reviews about this center) that our situation could be helped. I have to say I was wrong about my doubts. Victoria was very easy to talk to, listened objectively and provided some strategies and exercises that truly caused us to think differently and apply different methods which started to improve our daily interactions. I also like that she is direct and honest. She is not one of those therapists that asks 'how does that makes you feel' while scribbling on a note pad and looking at you robotically like you're a specimen in a lab. Of course she cares about how you feel and does ask, but she also has personality and gives her opinion/thoughts to you straight while showing empathy at the same time. She does not take sides, but if you are acting in a way that's not being constructive to yourself or your partner, she will let you know. I like that direct approach, but it is not in a harsh way.. it is straightforward and meant to help, which in our case, it did! She truly cares about your progress as an individual and a couple and this has been evident in her work with us. My husband and I, after starting on very shaky ground prior to seeing Victoria, are at a much better place in our relationship, have been communicating ten fold better, have gotten the *spark* (romance) back and honestly feel that we are doing better now than when we were in the 'honeymoon' phase of our relationship (we have been together almost 7 years). We were doing therapy once a week and still plan to talk to/see (after Covid 19 situation improves) Victoria for 'tune ups'/check ins as needed (I believe therapy is not a bad thing to partake in, even when things aren't at their worst), but can say that the bulk of our challenge/mission has been complete and my husband has mellowed out significantly (thank the Lord, Amen! lol). In all seriousness, I highly recommend Victoria and Lotus Counseling Center for your counseling needs, especially couples counseling (since this is what I can speak on). We can't thank Victoria enough and the whole staff there is very nice and professional (and handles insurance billing in a competent manner as well). This is a greedy company with very greedy people. They charge you for your appointment early in the…read moremorning day of your appointment, basically washing their hands on everything that might happen that same day, they simply don't care. Interestingly enough they don't call or text you days before the appointment, so it's a win win for them because they charge $75 for no show and your copayment fot the day as well. And they don't keep your file after a month, so if for X or Y reasons you can't go they erase you from the system and then you have to fill out all the paperwork again. My personal experience was very bad and shady. Don't go there.
