This is a cute cafe with food options and a cute shop of high end provisions. They have some seating inside and outside- plus the gazebo across the street. The ham, cheese and egg bake was super good (not available to go). They bake their own bread and have lots of baked goods. read more

My wife and I adore this place. Truly our favorite latte anywhere. The owners are kind and attentive. Service is always as prompt as possible. The vintage ambiance is right in line with the area. While there is no question that this is a great breakfast and lunch place, what is not as well known is that you can get a fantastic evening meal there, at least on Thursdays and Fridays. Right now it is small plates and charcuterie, but hopefully in the fall they will again offer more substantial dinner offerings. And you have access to the offerings of Daughters and Company, which include wonderful wines and European beers. Cutest cafe in town! The owner was really sweet and let me know they've only recently opened. The building is beautiful with a boutique in front, and the coffee shop/wine bar in back. Everything is just so quaint and aesthetically pleasing here. Giving all the small time vibes. We stopped in to grab a few morning coffees and pastries. My husband (the picky cappuccino guy) really loved theirs. I enjoyed my ice latte as well, which was made with pistachio milk. The fresh choco croissant and pumpkin bread taste homemade, in the best way. Not only is there a nice seating area inside, there's spots outside as well to enjoy in the good weather. We'd no doubt return to support this locally owned cafe! read more

This is an all around must see in Door County. The building was built in 1871 and everything in it feels like it fits from that time. The sandwiches were really great and we especially liked the mustard on the Italian style one. We also found the French onion soup something that we will make a special stop for next time. The small group of people helping (only two) were very attentive but also let us just enjoy our meal and drinks in peace. Finally we found an amazing Bourbon that we took with us and will be saving for an amazing occasion! read more

Wow. I am obsessed with this place. The vibes are immaculate. It's giving sustainable farm to table vibes with the baked good selection with vegetable/ham and Gruyère gallets and rhubarb ginger bread. The coffee was delicious and the service was wonderful. The barista was handling the whole shop alone while I was there and was very attentive to everyone. She had great customer service and a friendly attitude. (The front of the building has the cutest children's toys and clothes. The hallways also has super cute unique books. The middle of the house has wines and liquors, dried flowers, bar cart staples and other cute unique things.) read more

The Cupola House is a very welcoming and friendly space. The food is amazing and freshly made. Their sandwiches are amazing along with their Double Sesame chocolate Cookies. They have small spaces that are rented out to other local businesses. There is Daughter and Company which has lots of hand picked wines, beers and specialty drink accessories. The owners are very knowledgeable about their collection and are very helpful. They also have a whole collection of kids toys and clothing along with other home goods.There house now includes a shop called The Keeper with vintage clothing and sustainable goods. read more

Great espresso drinks and coffee! Pastries and cookies all delish. Had the Gillette - tomato and cheese - the flaky pastry was amazing! Friendly and engaging owners. Visited in May (shoulder season) so most places were closed. Fortunately Cupola was open so we stopped for a latte and cappuccino (both excellent). A huge slice of rhubarb buckle too. Congrats to owners for a fine establishment. read more

NEW OWNERS AS OF 2022 - so discount any reviews older than that. Entire indoor decor beautifully updated. Pastries are fresh, homemade and not overly sweet. espresso/coffee/tea drinks very nice. They are adding more items to their menu over time. read more

This is a very cute ice cream shop. There's nothing especially remarkable about it - just basic ice creams served simply. But the place has staying power - most of the little ice cream shops seem to turn over every few years but Cupola has been up here as long as I have. :) Kids love the Cupola Cafe because, well, there's ice cream. But also a large lawn to run around in, lots of benches and outdoor seating, and a nice gazebo. There is a deli counter that looks pretty good but I've never had a sandwich there. Seems like it would be a good choice for a quick and inexpensive lunch though. Lots of happy memories. Thanks Cupola! read more
