My friends and I wanted to celebrate the holiday season by learning to decorate holiday cupcakes at The Cupcake Garden. It was easy to reach out to the owner via social media and explain what we wanted to do. The shop is located in a shopping center and there's plenty of free parking. Upon entering, the tables were set for our custom experience. We had plenty of helpful instruction from the owner and the head baker and decorator. We choose mixture of the classic vanilla and classic chocolate cupcakes to decorate. We were so proud of our decorated cupcakes and they were all so delicious. I've recently seen this shop on IG. Since Im in the area I figured that I would pull up and support! They sell cupcakes, cookies, brownies and cake slices. I got a brownie and I got a M&M Cookie. I visited a shop in Tucker GA months ago a cookie place and I got some cookies and I gave my brother the M&M Cookie and he said how good it is. Mind you I went back to the shop countless times and they don't make the cookie like that they have every other cookie except for that cookie and I explained that I wanted to try it because I never had it. Overpriced The cupcakes weren't bad, but they were a bit dry around the paper rim and didn't taste as fresh as I hoped. Definitely not my first choice for dessert, especially since you'll likely pay around $7 for one cupcake. read more

I went in on a whim just to treat myself. The young lady who greeted me explained everything. I chose a cinnamon roll with my topping on the side. I paid and let, but something told me to check my bag. My topping wasn't there. I went back in and advised her that she left out my topping. She rolled her eyes and asked what kind I wanted. I asked what they had, she listed them, I chose cream cheese, and she poured it in a little cup. They didn't have a top for it. She gave it to me, then changed me $.56 for it. I asked if she charged me prior and she said, "No", with a smirk. I left it on the counter. I won't return but I wanted to give my take on it. read more

This bakery deserves a 6th star! Their cupcakes are dangerously delicious! The cream cheese icing is perfect! They have something called a cheesecake cake, also dangerous!! This was my first time at this bakery and it was a great experience. The young lady Alaina that assisted me was such a big help and walked me through the process and also helped me pick out some delicious combinations when I was indecisive. The Atmosphere was also really cute. I loved the t-shirts in the display. Lastly, the cupcakes were AMAZING!! The were very moist and flavourful and the icing was DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back. I can't wait to try other combinations and treats that they have. 10/10 overall!!! read more

I went to this bakery and got a variety of cupcakes. I had fun building each one. The vegan key lime pina colada frosting was my favorite. The owner was very professional friendly and had beautiful personality. We chatted while I chose my frosting and other fruit toppings and she advised she does sips snd bake parties!! Sweets by MJB has a lot of potential in my mind. Right next to reds makes it very tempting not to get a dessert after having a few beers. There was so many options and the staff was very welcoming. I love that you can make your own cupcake! They let you pick a base, frosting and then topping and there is so many to choose from. They also have other treats like cookies and cake. However, the cookies we got tasted like they had been made a few days before, not fresh. The area is not particularly busy even with reds being as good as it is it's usually very quiet even on a Friday night. I really hope business builds for them.
