Not a single "Hi," not a "We'll be right with you," absolutely nothing. Then a lady came out from the back who looked like she wasn't doing anything at all -- maybe she was coming back from break -- but she looked directly at us and still said nothing. At that point it felt completely intentional. We were standing there patiently, making it obvious we were ready to order, and they just continued on as if we didn't exist. It is honestly beyond frustrating. Basic customer service is the bare minimum, and we couldn't even get that. Being ignored like that is completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful.
