The other treats and the quiche are not enclosed. They are beautifully displayed, however, I have wondered why they are not enclosed in a standard bakery case. My concerns (about the openness) are flies and other flying insects landing on the food, possible improper food temperature, and the commercial scents being absorbed into the open treats. For example, I have not purchased quiche because it is out in the open without any refrigeration. We visited in the afternoon and a sliced quiche was out for purchase.
