Two people behind the counter; a young lade and man. No greeting, no "can I help you"... they were interested in nothing except chatting to each other. I located the small selection of bolts in the store after a few minutes and I asked the young man if he had a thread gauge for the bolt. He responded with "no" and offered no assistance. I said "well then", set the bolts on the counter and walked out. I definitely wont go back anytime soon, if ever.

I came in and spoke with Dennis about the situation and he saw that there was a discrepancy that the other location made. Needless to say Dennis was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the procedures that Autozone has in place. He came out to take a look at my car and was able to fix the issue quickly and got me back on the road in no time. I'm HUGE on customer service and Dennis definitely went well above and beyond to assist me and my older car.
