They even added croutons not sure how the guy was able to wrap it but props on that it was fantastic. My boyfriend got the roast beef and that was delicious. The bread was very soft and the beef was very fresh! 100 times better than subway or dagwoods. What a pleasant surprise this place was I actually can't wait to stop by again. They make subs, fries, burgers, wraps and since it's a deli you can take meat to go. They have a little section with pre made pasta and pre packaged steaks.

Hailey the owner (I hope i spelled that correctly) was the sweetest and I had a great conversation with her about nutrition. The co-op itself has so many gluten free, vegan, organic and locally sourced food options to buy in bulk or by the package. I love the environment they create here and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a section of pre-made food (most of which is vegan) and it all looks freshly made and delightful!
