For pizza, we did the chicken alfredo pizza and italian creek meat lovers pizza, both with hand tossed crusts. The meat lovers pizza was phenomenal!! Complete perfection between the crust, sauce, and toppings. The chicken alfredo pizza was good, but we definitely preferred the meat lovers.

Unfortunately now it seems like they're on a downward trend again. Order today was placed ahead online for 5pm pick up, but when we arrived at 5pm they said they would start making our order. Ended up waiting about 20 minutes for the food. We always check the bag before leaving to make sure we have the correct number of subs - no problem there. But when we get home & you wrap everything there's tons of mistakes: one sub made incorrectly (turkey & ham instead of super sub), two subs were ordered with wheat but appear to have half wheat/half white, most of the bread was crushed & didn't look very fresh, & then finally one sub had what appeared to be a piece of wet paper towel stuck to it. Yes this order was placed on a busy Friday evening, but they should have extra staff on hand to deal with the rush. All the employees never hustle, seems like they don't want to be there. One major problem is there never appears to be a manager, it's just a bunch of free agents with no leadership. Obviously this all starts at the top - the greedy owner does not care about quality service; he bankrolls these locations & of course they do well financially, so he just focuses on opening new locations without ensuring anyone working there actually cares about customers.
