We stopped here on a Saturday evening for dinner at the drive through. It wasn't very busy. Ordered 2 hamburgers with everything and 2 custards, no special requests. They gave our order to the car in front of us. When the error was discovered, they told us to pull forward and our order would be brought to us. No lie, it took 25 minutes to get our order. After 15 min we went in and were told it was almost ready. Same answer at 20 min after ordering. We finally went in to ask for a refund and were rudely handed our 2 small bags of food. The hamburgers were nothing but meat and bun. No ketchup, lettuce, or anything else. Fries were cold. No ketchup offered. Custard was good. Overall, a huge disappointment. First time here to Culver's, and it was just ok. I ordered double cheese burger and a chili cheese fry. The burger patties are pretty small so I would recommend getting the double. I'm not sure if it was the fries or chili, but the chili cheese fries are very salty. Good spot to go for fast food when you're in a hurry, but next time I'm up here I will probably yelp another spot to try. I also agree with the poorly trained staff from other reviews posted. The food is decent. I ate here with some friends before and it wasn't anything to rave about. I was on a road trip and was craving a shake so I pulled in and it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me over the intercom. I just ordered a peanut butter cup shake and was told to pull around, but when I got to the window I waited another 3 minutes and decided I would give them 5 more minutes before I drove off. No one ever acknowledged I was at the window. No one took any payment from me (happily) and I was just not in the mood to wait forever on a milkshake. Servers and staff were very friendly (we came in pretty late and one offered to reassemble the soda machine for us even though the store had closed and they'd already begun breaking it down for cleaning). Signature cheese curds were good, although reminded me somewhat of basic frozen mozzarella sticks. I haven't been to a location in Wisconsin so I have no idea if this location tastes like the original but I did like it. There is a drive thru or you can go inside. I had a combo meal with a burger, curds, and a drink. The burger I chose was the Pepper Jack Ranch Pub Burger and it said limited time only but I hope that's not the case because I liked the burger. Burger had 2 patties with pepper-jack cheese, crunchy tortilla strips, ranch sauce, and jalapenos. I wasn't sure if I'd like the tortilla strips but I did and everything on the burger went well together. The bun was real good and the burger didn't fall apart at all. The cheese curds tasted damn good and with hardly any grease so that was nice. The root beer is their own brand and it tasted very good! I'll be back. read more

Stopped by on a road trip just on chance. Lady behind the counter was extremely sweet and helpful. Turns out she was the owner. The kids meals were plentiful. Burger and sandwiches are filling and tasty. I especially loved the root beer and cheese curds, wow. We are staying in a place 10 minutes from here. After our visit we stopped by to try it out and this is what was ordered: Culvers Original Single Butterburger Culvers Classic with Bacon 1 French Fry 1 Onion Ring 4 Root beer floats Positive: Burgers were tender Fries were good Floats were good size Onion rings were crunchy Negatives: Burgers lacked flavor, they forgot ketchup & mustard that were requested, but added onion that we said to not put on, and the buns were tough! I know Culver's from being raised in the midwest and was pleased to experience the same high quality here at this St. George location en route to Zion National Park. The burgers, cheese curds, and vanilla custard were all top notch delicious. I'd also like to point out the extreme friendliness of the staff here. We have eaten here - or gotten take-out several times. Each time the food has been worth coming back for. This time we tried their fish and chips which were superb - just like New England style, and their pot roast sandwich which was excellent. The cole slaw was great and very tasty too! The reason I can't give them 5 stars is their drive thru service. Out if the 8-10 visits to the drive thru, they have messed up our order almost every time. Once they even gave me someone else's order! This time they did not include my husbands fries that he paid for. My suggestion if you visit this location and you use the drive thru is to check your order carefully before leaving the parking lot. We are very close to giving up on them and no longer giving them our business. If it weren't for their amazing fish and cheese curds! read more

First off...what was i thinking about coming to Culver's? But holy hell this has to be the slowest service in the history of fast food. Keyword being fast. If i wanted to wait around for 15-ish minutes for a burger and shake, I'd go to a proper restaurant and take a seat. I accidentally put too much salt in my soda. It made it crappy. They wouldn't even hook me up with a new one. Then Forrest choked on his meat burger and cola. In the Midwest Culver's is a staple fast food joint. After moving to CA we've missed Culver's so much! We were so happy to see that Utah had a Culver's while we were traveling. I had only been to this Culvers 3 times earlier.. I of course looked for cod fish because it's lent time. I ordered the cod dinner and my grandson ordered th3 fish sandwich. My daughter also asked me to get 4 pints of ic3 cream on sale. $10.00. I drove up placed my order the nice lady went to freezer checked flavors on sale because they have 45 flavors .. she was so kind as was the lady taking money and the nice older lady bringing food out to the cars.. they were so friendly, efficient. And safe.. I'll be back next week. I got home and discovered I didn't have my coleslaw. Called and the new mgr William Henry answerved. So polite I said I'll be in next week.. I then discovered my daughter called and said she had my coleslaw it was in the fish sandwich bag my grandson had.. A standout example of fast food with several diner-style options on the menu. Comfortable, upscale interior with beautiful artwork. Friendly, polite staff (they know how to hire good people here). Fish and chips are cut from thick fillets, cooked to perfection, moist. Burgers are excellent, but there's so much more on the menu. I haven't been to Culver's for about five plus years and today I decided to try it out for the first time in a while because I had a coupon. I was broke so why not right? It wasn't very busy so I was excited, I placed my order around 11:45 and sat and sat. I watched everyone that came in after me get their food. So I finally decided to go see what was going on. The nice girls told me "well you didn't pay or your card didn't go through so we haven't made your order yet". I HAD A FREE COUPON! So the order was out within 5 minutes and I was happy, but couldn't you at least tell me what was going on. How long would have I sat there for? So yes I was frustrated because of my time restraint for lunch, but if your looking for a great quality burger basket look no further. I left satisfied with the quality and make sure you use plenty of fry sauce it is great. Hopefully next time my whole overall experience will be better. Once again the butter burger and fries were great. Update: I've been back in several times and this place is awesome, I love their fry sauce, burgers and televisions.
