It's honestly frustrating -mistakes happen, but refusing to correct it and making the customer pay for something they don't want is just bad service. The employee should have made sure she understood my order, and the manager absolutely should have handled the situation better. It came off as extremely cheap and not customer-friendly. I'm giving 3 stars because the food can be good on other days, but this experience was really disappointing and left a bad impression.
