When I got to the drive-through window, I asked if a manager could meet me at the window. I told her about the incorrect drink order, to which Kelly replied, "That's what she needed a manager for?" I responded with, "Yes because when I tried to tell you about your error, you wanted to charge me extra for it." She then looked at me and closed the window. Perhaps Kelly better get it together! The fry boats are 100% recycled paper as are the brown bags. Burgers/sandwiches are wrapped in foil (recyclable). Drink cups are paper, not stupid plastic that sweats like crazy. A surprisingly sustainable restuarant option. You can get a burger, a really interesting milkshake, or even a vegan sandwich. We end up snacking on leftover fries and peanuts during panels. There's something for everyone here so it's a great choice for my group and we make it a point to visit.

They refused to listen to him & correct their mistakes, they were rude to my partner & LAUGHED at him when he tried asking them to fix the issue & they did not care at all that they did not do their job correctly.
