I really enjoy this location! Employee are always friendly, polite, and overall great! Rose Ann helped us out during our first trip and she was the best. We had never been to Culver's before so we didn't know what to expect. She recommended what to order and was so patient with us while we took the time to decide. We each opted for the Crispy Chicken sandwich meal, which comes with a drink and fries. The chicken was so fresh and spiced perfectly. It's definitely up there with Chick Fil A and Shake Shack for my favorite chicken sandwich. The fries are of the crinkle variety. Some may not like that but not us -- we love crispy crinkle fries! We dined in that evening and I was surprised how clean everything was. They even had Friends on the TV! Rose Ann stopped by after our meal to chat and offered us coupons to come back again. Service like that is rare these days so we definitely appreciated it! We've since come back and have had no complaints! A meal for us runs about $20 here but we're okay with that because of how fresh the food is and how the service is always top notch. I recommend the cheese curds and root beer, too. You can thank me later!

CULVER'S DOES live up to their business with Quality and Quantity let alone fresh food made to order when you place it !! My Mom and I stopped here on December 14th at 1:30 p.m. after a successful shopping morning at Meijer for great grandkid Christmas gifts. We were greeted quickly when we walked in the door by a happy, yes"Jolly" employee at the register name JAY. His pleasant personality is a plus here and he knows his Culver questions to ask a guest when placing your food order. He also made my Mom smile and laugh because that's the way Jay is a great employee, who works fast, efficent and loves his job here. Mom ordered the Fish Basket (combo term), which is always delicious never greasy and the batter is tasty. This was enough to satisfy her appetite. I ordered the crispy chicken basket no lettuce and a medium drink and naturally onion rings my favorite. I wish Culver's would carry" leaf lettuce" not iceberg lettuce due to my health issue but overall we enjoyed a satisfying and comforting lunch. The dining room area is always kept up clean with other employees working quickly to clear off and clean tables, naturally when other guests leave. It is always nice to find a table then to wait for our food with anticipation and hunger in less than 10 minutes. Today our food arrived with a cheerful smile from a server that was working hard to deliver food in a prompt time. My crispy chicken sandwich was hot and delicious and cooked correctly with no issues. My Mom's 1 fish fillet, fries and Cole slaw and dinner roll was fluffy as she says and certainly enjoyed her filling lunch. The atmosphere in here has music playing softly in the background with a nice warm temperature which was not too hot and not too cold. A comfortable time either with a jacket on or without. When we were leaving, "Jay" said goodbye and thanked us for stopping in for lunch as well as another employee cleaning off tables. Culver's does live up to their motto/slogan : A ButterBurger and Frozen Custard taste even better when they're served with a Smile, a "Please" and "Thank You" !

I believe that Culver's has quality, pricey food compared to other fast food establishments. I enjoy the fact the food is specially prepared to your likely while you wait. I ordered my meal via the drive thru. Once the order is placed, the staff gives you a number and asks you pull ahead in a designated area. I had the Butter Burger Cheese, Crinkled fries and a concrete mixer with Oreos. Everything came out fresh and was tasty. The staff was polite and I had no issues with my order. Culver's is a good spot for ice cream and a delicious sandwich.

It's the best fast food place period. It takes a little longer than most fast food places but it's worth it

The food and sweets are great but the staff is terrible. It's the only one around though.

This isn't slow like - just relax - you're here with friends - it's slow like - is anyone ever going to take our order, bring us a drink or bring us our food? It's pretty irritating to sit at a table with nothing on it and wait for anyone to come by and ask us what we want to drink. Then when we finally did order a drink - (waters, beers, pops & coffees), where are they and where is she? Finally she returns with drinks - disappears again. Everyone is getting mad - we just want to order some food. Once our food order is placed we wait again a lot more. The food came out in shifts - poor kitchen management? I don't know. I ordered the Southwest Eggrolls that sounded delicious, but when they finally showed up they were undercooked and awful. I was finally able to send them back and the waitress promised they'd be cooked some more. In the meantime food was slowly coming out. One of the guests meal literally came after everyone was finally done eating - not kidding. Poor guy sat there and watched all of us eat - he was a saint. Waitress kept promising it was 'almost ready'. My eggrolls came back out - still not good. I just decided not to eat them. No one was happy when we left. This is my second try here, I won't be back. Several others commented that this place is always slow - so I think they won't be back either. They just lost 10 diners.

Bravo!…read more ORIGINAL REVIEW: I hate writing negative reviews, but it is the only way to get management's attention these days. After a long day working an event, I stopped into the local Big Boy hoping for something simple and reliable -- the salad bar and a decent sandwich. Unfortunately, neither of those expectations were met. First disappointment: the salad bar was closed. That was the main reason for stopping in. The bigger issue, however, was the atmosphere and service. The restaurant was practically empty, and it quickly became clear why. The waitstaff looked like they were more interested in getting out the door than taking care of the few customers who actually showed up. Service felt rushed, curt, and distracted while they focused on side work and closing tasks rather than hospitality. Then came the kicker: a server came to the table and casually informed us they didn't have cheese for the sandwiches. At that point, it's hard not to wonder how a restaurant runs out of something as basic as cheese. Between the closed salad bar, missing ingredients, and staff that clearly wanted the night to end more than they wanted to serve guests, the whole experience felt like customers were an inconvenience. When a restaurant looks empty from the parking lot, experiences like this explain exactly why. This kind of "we're already closed in spirit" attitude toward paying customers is unacceptable. If you're open, then operate like you're open -- otherwise lock the doors and call it a night. **UPDATE: Manager came and checked up on us. Ordered an hot fudge ice cream cake. They hooked it up. Service improved immediately after this initial post. **UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: They comped us the dessert... flipped the script. We left happy and full. Well played Big Boy.

We ordered the tortilla soup, the Big Boy, and a brownie sundae. Everything was decent--nothing bad, but very average overall. Our waitress was friendly and kind, but she went missing several times throughout the meal, which made service feel a bit inconsistent. While it was an okay experience for the price and fun for the memories, it's not somewhere we'd plan to frequent. Still, if you're craving nostalgia and a straightforward meal, it gets the job done.
