Something tasted really odd on my mushroom swiss butter burger which are usually pretty tasty. It tasted like it had been fried in burnt grease, you know that acidic flavor. When I ordered I had also ordered onion rings but received fries, so overall not a good visit. read more

After living in Minneapolis for a while I began to take places like Culver's for granted. Having moved back to NC I found my stop into Culver's here in the Detroit area a nice treat. Enjoyed a double mushroom and swiss butter burger and some cheese curds with ranch. Although not the best I've ever had, their curds are a nice quick fix and take me back to my time in Minny. Their burger are solid and a little messy - that's part of what makes them great. Just be sure to grab a couple extra napkins. Service was good and employees were polite. read more

It's the best fast food place period. It takes a little longer than most fast food places but it's worth it

When i first started with this location, the only location i know of around here, it was SO yum! Yes its fast food. Its deep fried and grease but, ALWAYS fresh! Ill wait over left over food anyday! They HAD the BEST chicken sandwiches! YUM! I say HAD simply because they just aren't cutting it anymore! I ordered it tonite and after YELLING my order into the speaker, inside was SUPER busy, i still repeated my order at the window. Their speaker SUCKS. She had to correct my order on the screen. I handed her a $1 off coupon, she never used it. The lady who ran my food out fixed the issue so thats not my issue. The sandwich had SO much mayo on it, i couldn't keep in on the bun. The lettuce was brown and the chicken tasted funny. I took 3-4 bites, spit a few of those out and threw the rest out. Bought something else. It was gross! This was one of my worst experiences I've ever had here. Normally they just look so bored taking my order. There are a FEW good people in there though. My order 90% of the time is WRONG. Im not ordering huge orders. Complex orders. Very simple, i thought. A year ago, this place was my FAV for fast food! Hit the spot! now, not so much! read more

YummO! The butterburger single with heavy pickle hit the spot for this prego! Fast, friendly service for a made - to - order drive thru. Our first and definitely not last time. read more

As far as fast food goes, Culvers is a solid choice. I can't in good conscious give ANY place with a drive thru more than 3 stars, but they have great burgers and their frozen custard reminds me of my hometown. read more

A guilty pleasure, burgers are fantastic. As are the cheese curds, fries and ice cream. It really all tastes incredibly fresh and oh so flavorful...a new addiction... read more

I really like Culvers, in general, but this location really sucks! I waited in the drive-thru for a long time only to get my mushroom Swiss burger that looked like garbage. The patty was thinner than I have ever seen..Almost as thin as the cheese slice it had on it and the whole thing didn't taste that great. I get more meat on a $1 menu burger at McD's. It's just ridiculous when you pay more money and get less. read more

The food and sweets are great but the staff is terrible. It's the only one around though.

My sister and I stopped in to eat. We should've kept driving. We weren't greeted and the girl at the counter mumbled. We waited at our table for 35 minutes, seeing 3 other tables receiving their food first, they came in way after us. while waiting, we heard the kitchen staff sounding as if they were at a house party. There were not clean and sanitized tables. They were out of ketchup, but the empty dirty containers were still out. There seemed to be no real order to how the store was being run. I went to the counter and asked for a manager. The staff behind the counter were just goofing around, while food was just piling up under the heat lamps. He came over and gave my money back without a word, no apology. only word he said was that the store didn't have a corporate phone number to call, I'd have to call the store itself. Well, I thought this establishment was known for its hospitality and cleanliness. I should've kept driving by. Very sad. read more

Join the Culver's e club for coupon's. The butterburger and custard is great.

Just had this place for the second time today. The burgers were burnt and the cheese seemed very old. 4 burgers a couple fries and a drink seem to be overpriced at 19 bucks. I will never come back here read more

Great burgers and root beer. Food is made fresh, and wait is usually not that long.

Best fast food burger in area. Fried chicken is large and delicious. I love their fries and onion rings. Only complaint is the time it takes to get your food. read more

Just opened! Number one. The service is better than a 4 star restaurant! Number 2 the concrete mixers are a must! I had the single burger. Delicious! My niece had the deluxe which was huge! Wanted to try the cheese curds but they ran out! Bummer! Next time. You must try this new fast food restaurant! read more

Was driving by when I thought a hamburger sounded good. I had never had one from Culver's and was pleasantly surprised. I just ordered a small bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was nice and crisp and there was absolutely NO greasy taste to the hamburger. Think I'll treat myself to another one on my birthday in a couple days. Linda - Harper Woods read more

Better than average fast food place. The burgers are always good and service is usually quick if you go inside to order, drive through takes a little longer. I love their ice cream and shakes too. Great place to grab food quickly and go. read more

Just had the WORST customer service in the drive thru. First off she just asked up to place our order which we said two butter burger cheese burger plain and then we paused to see what else we wanted and she said it the most rudest way "is that all" and we said hold on a moment and under her breath she said "well you're taking all damn day." She should not be working the drive thru if she's going to talk customers that way. Never again will i go there. read more

Tried this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and a good value.

this may be a great place for burgers and ice cream but we ordered the wall eye and cod dinners - 3 piece for a total of $23.00 - and I was not really impressed. The fish was greasy to the point that we needed extra napkins just to get the grease from our hands and I still see oil on the receipt as I look at it now. I might try them again for one of the burgers or ice cream but never again for the fish. The meal included french fries but no catsup and a roll but no butter for it. I think they actually should forget the fish dinners and stick to burgers and ice cream. read more

ive been to culvers before and the hamburgers were great ...i went today and got a burger with swiss the hamburger was so thin not like it use to be... overcooked and it was crunchy...now i know hamburgers are not supose to be crunchy leave that to the french fries...which were good the bun was smashed too...i really dont like to eat out and this experience makes me really not want to eat out.. read more

We are huge Culver's fans. Our first visit was traverse city years ago and we found it awesome. When the Roseville location opened we were thrilled. We made many visits before moving to area. We have continued to frequent this location and others and I have held off on this review as long as I can. This Culver's has lost it! This is now a ghetto Culver's. Dirty soda and condiment area. Surly service. Out of food items constantly and the last straw is our 2 most recent visits in the last month have been to the drive in at 9:30 pm, both times to be read the list of items they are out of. Now after several years in the business, we get it. It's late at night and they don't want to open new stock, but it's also not 5 minutes from closing, it's 30. So tonight was the last straw. Out of vanilla custard at 9:25 pm???! Dudes you make it. Unreal. We are done with this location. Haven't seen a manager there or had the impression anyone cares in about a year. Shame on us for continuing to visit. We are done. Dairy Queen was yummy by the way! read more
