Placing the mobile order was quick, and there were still several people ahead of me in line, so I completed my order and moved to the mobile pickup area. The app estimated a 4-11 minute wait, and my food was ready in about 6 minutes. I definitely felt like ordering through the app saved me time compared to waiting in line. They have a TV screen that displays mobile orders and their status, and I saw my name change to "ready" before a worker called it out. Since it was lunchtime, the inside was very busy with limited seating available. I found a small two-person booth by the window and took it, but it was very cold sitting there, which was a downside. I ordered the 8-count nugget meal with fries and lemonade. My total was around $9 and some change. The nuggets and lemonade were good. I usually enjoy their fries, but these weren't very hot, which affected how much I liked them. I do like that each purchase earns points toward free food in the future. There is a condiment area, but I didn't see any ketchup. Fortunately, a staff member was walking around the dining area asking if anyone needed anything. I ordered a Burrito Bowl with Chicken, Pinto Beans, Brown Rice, Guacamole, Cheese, and Fajita Veggies, along with Chipotle Chips and Guacamole and a Coke Zero. The food is just as delicious as that at other Chipotles. The decor is great. The sad thing was once the basketball team cleared out, and there were plenty of places to sit, but there weren't very many people coming in, and this was a Saturday night.
