My son & I decided to try this newly opened location. We went inside to place our order & sat down at a table to wait. Our food arrived in less than 5 minutes & was delivered by a pleasant lady. We both ordered the same thing, spicy chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun meal (with pickles added) that comes with waffle fries & lemonade. The food was piping hot & tasted good. We requested refills of lemonade & it was brought to us quickly. We had one complaint though. Our chicken sandwiches were NOT spicy. There wasn't even a hint of spicy. That was disappointing. In spite of that, we would eat here again.

This is a very slow chick-fil-a. It takes too long for the orders to be taken . Always a line and they aren't busy .Makes me do a u-turn and go to Culver's.

I tried the Chick-fil-A in Richmond for the first time last week. I have eaten at the ones at Greenwood Park in Indianapolis and at the Dayton Mall, and thought it was good. I put the app on my phone and placed the order there, then drove over to get it. The app kept track of my location as I drove over. I went it the entrance where for curbside and mobile orders. I couldn't find the numbered spaces for mobile orders, so I pulled in an unnumbered space and followed the instructions on the app and turned on my flashers and waited for my order to come out. The app said the wait would be 4-10 minutes, but I waited 5-6 minutes, which was reasonable. A very nice girl brought my order out, and everything was there. I ordered the Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich with Spicy Filet, Medium Waffle Potato Fries, and Medium Coke Zero. My food was absolutely delicious! I am willing to come back and try the other items on their menu.

We started with the sauer kraut balls, pretzel with beer cheese, and pickle fries. All were delicious! The pickle fries have a great pickle to breading ratio, will gladly order these again! I went full toddler and ordered the chicken tenders and fries, they were exactly what I wanted and were a generous portion.

Some of the booths are German style, giving you a European feel. Madison, our server, was friendly and attentive. The servers know the regulars by name and welcome them warmly. We sat in a booth near the kitchen and could hear a lot of laughter coming from the cooks in the back. The place is jovial. We ordered the Chicken Dinner for Two ($32) which includes about 10 pieces of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and choice of salad or slaw. This was a massive amount of food and could easily feed a family of four. The coleslaw was delicious, the best I've had in a while. The slaw was creamy and tart (not too sweet). The hand-breaded chicken is a winner in my book. The breading is crispy with lots of seasoning, especially pepper. The chicken is hot, moist and tender - perfectly cooked. This is some of the best fried chicken in the State. The potatoes and gravy are an indulgent treat for me. Yes, I had seconds. The green beans are cooked with bacon, yet light. My husband really liked the beans. We took half the meal home for dinner. The menu is German- themed, combined with traditional Hoosier classics. The Tenderlojn sandwich they serve put them on Indiana's Tenderloin Trail. I wanted to try the sauerkraut balls and pretzels, but I was too full. There is free street parking. There are tv monitors to watch the games at the small ball. Brau Haus is totally worth a visit.

Initially disappointed by the stock images pulled directly from google images that their website…read more(that I can no longer find) used to advertise their food, I still thought I'd check this place out. The service was nice however the soda machine was out which was a shame. I got the Crispy Chicken Bites combo - Upon eating it I thought the fries were fine. For a place that is advertised to be a chicken restaurant I found the Chicken Bites to be neither good nor bad which was less than advertised considering the frequent use of the word "famous" in their advertising. Oddly enough the best thing here was the macaroni and cheese which tasted of French Onion soup which was really good. Unlikely to return other than to purchase a side of mac and cheese but I do wish them the best and hope they succeed.

Tenders are nothing special . Very little flavor. The signature sauce is essentially yum-yum sauce and a bad pairing with the tenders, and I like yum-yum sauce. This sauce is just way too sweet. Not good. The Mac and cheese was terrible. Neither my son or I took more than 2 bites. Tasted like some kind of canned beer cheese sauce poured over noodles that were waaaay overcooked. Swimming in the cheese sauce. The fried apples were a can of apple pie filling warmed up. The tots? The tots were great. We went in at 8:00 and were the only ones there. The place was dirty. Papers all over the counter, wrappers and trash laying all over the food prep area. There were multiple metal bins of chicken that were sitting in the back by the fryers. It was very pale. It appears to me that they are cooking the chicken ahead of time and then dropping it back in the fryer when you order it because our food didn't take long at all. Unfortunately I can't imagine this place will be open this time next year. I really wanted this to be good. I won't go back.
