Hubby & I stopped in to get supper after an afternoon of house shopping. We both ordered the $5.99 baked ziti with meat sauce. It was really good & the portion was decent. Our food came out steaming hot & the breadsticks were delicious. The service was friendly & welcoming. Our only complaint was that it was HOT inside as if the A/C was not working. Haven't been to Fazol's in ages and decided to give it a whirl. It had been a long day and carryout sounded good to bring home for dinner. My order was basic - 2 - spaghetti with meat sauce and 1 chicken Alfredo . Server asked if 6 breadsticks were enough. Absolutely. Received the order, drove home. First thing I noticed was no breadsticks. They forgot those. Second it little sauce on the spaghetti. We ate primarily pasta. Not enough sauce to make it worth your while. Fazoli's has always been one of my favorites. They have such good Italian food. It is as good as Olive Garden. Today, I had the Classic Sampler with Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Lasagna, and Diet Pepsi. Always very good and always well prepared. I definitely will come back. The only complaint I have is that they once had Eggplant Parmesan, but then they took it away, only having it for a limited time. I wish they would have it on a regular basis. read more

A fairly random stop on the way home, Fazoli's is one of Sweetie's favorites and I can usually find something satisfying there. This one is along a busy retail stretch, as they all are, though the strip mall it is in front of is kinda run down. From the moment we walked in, until they told us "have a great day!" as we went out the door, service was exceptional. Helpful, friendly, efficient, with a sense of humor. Sweetie had her usual chicken and broccoli fettucine; I had the "new ultimate spaghetti." It was pretty good, with sausage, bacon, meatballs, and mushrooms. They brought around more fresh breadsticks several times. The place was clean, and pretty big for a Fazoli's. It's not usually my first choice, but it's pretty good, Sweetie likes it, and this one in particular was a standout. read more

I was on a cross country trip and recently discovered the fast, cheap and easy dinner option of Fazoli's. I stopped by for one last meal before I headed into non-Fazoli's territory. Like the previous meal, you order and pay for your meal up front. Less than $12 will get you a full meal that includes a large drink, salad, breadsticks and the rather generous portion of whatever pasta you pick. They have either burnt their breadsticks or changed the recipe. They are too salty and crunchy. The chicken Alfredo had broasted chicken in it that was over done. All in all it has changed drastically since I was here a few months ago. I will not be back. read more

A lot of employees must have called out this evening because the service was terribly slow. Placed our order at 7:01pm and food finally made it to the table at 7:40pm. That was for a bowl of spaghetti and pizza as well as a small portion of ziti. With the obvious lack of employees the tables were in horrible shape and not busted, and lots of disgruntled customers waiting forever for their food. Shame cause we really love fazolis and do not have this where we live. read more

Employees are great! The hour wait for food that was ordered online ahead of time wasnt. Then had to go back in to get something they left out of the order. And, waited more. But, my extra waited item was given to someone who waited half hour. I got nothing for waiting over an hour. Restaurant is in need of a remodel. read more

Fazoli's is one of my favorite chains on a road trip, and this one was conveniently not too far off of I-70. This one, unfortunately, does not quite meet the standards of others. It was really hard to find a clean table, and the structure was confusing. Additionally, while all Fazoli's provide unlimited free breadsticks, this one only gives you one with your meal and then you have to stand in line at the cash register again to ask for more. Otherwise, the entrees were fairly consistent. I always order the ravioli with half alfredo and half marinara sauce, and it was pretty normal. All in all, fine for a quick stop on a road trip but not up to the chain's usual standards. read more

I do like their food, from what I've tried. I normally get the submarino, the original. It's got banana peppers and I'm.a sucker for banana peppers. When we go as a family, the hubs and I get meals and the Little eats the cheese pizza slices that come with the meals. It's a lot of food! While suhe does like the pizza, personally I don't think its all that tasty; kinda rubbery and bland. The breadsticks are divine and the penne romano is good! Don't plan on a quick in and out meal, though. I realize it takes some time to prepare the food, and I appreciate that. I'm good with that. But the last few times we've been... Oh my goodness! The ordering process took longer than it did to eat! Drive through always takes forever, but I'll chuck that up to food preparation. Prices are ok... Not cheap and probably a little higher than what you'd expect for a counter service type joint. The folks are sometimes friendly (a gal named Brooke is awesome) but sometimes some of them are a little grumpy. All in all, I do like Fazoli's because it's different... and I'll go if I'm sure I've got plenty of time. read more

Got a good meal for what we paid, but it was nothing special. Will not be going back, would rather drive down the highway and find a better Fazoli's in another town. read more

I'd never heard of this place until I met my husband, who used to work at this location. We live in CA so when he went on pre-deployment leave, we came here so he could have me try his beloved baked spaghetti that he raved so much about. Who knew something as simpe as spaghetti baked with mozarella cheese could be so good? Also, his grandfather, who is a weekly customer, always orders the breadsticks double toasted, which I think makes them taste better. We definitely hit this spot up everytime we go visit his family in Richmond. Took off one star cuz... well.. its fast food Italian. Its good, but not amazing lol. read more

I can appreciate when a restaurant goes through the efforts of attempting to class up their establishment, but come on, this is fast food. If you want to class yourselves up you might as well come to my table and take my order. And what is it with this location and there never being any ice in the drink machines? If you haven't been to this Fazoli's in a while, you'll notice they've changed it up a bit. They painted the interior to make it a little brighter and instead of serving their food in to-go containers, it's now offered in big white ceramic bowls with real live silverware. It's a small change, but it does class up the joint slightly. The food is still averagely good... and the breadsticks are just as soaked with grease as ever (just as we like them!). My biggest gripe about this place is that it seems to be a magnet for huge groups of very loud children ranging from 4 to 14. read more

We recently ate at Fazoli's in Richmond Indiana. We arrived at around 9pm and was treated to the rudest service by the cashier. After pointing out a mistake that was made with our order she proceeded to slam our cups on the counter and speak very disrespectful to us. Our 11 year old granddaughter commented that she didn't think the person was very nice. I asked to speak with the manager and got the same attitude from the manager. the food was hot and tasty. there was plenty of room for our group of 9 (included 4 children). everyone had a good time. had supper then went to amc theater right behind it. so why not 5 stars?.... that would be the person who took our order. she almost caused an even lower rating. my son always gets the fazoli pizza with sausage. which we have seen at other locations can be more complex than needed to enter in the register... but this server just said "i dont know how to do that" with a very rude tone and insisted i change my order until i asked for her to ask someone how to enter it. she did and we got our food quickly. and the staff made sure we had plenty of breadsticks through out the meal read more

Of the Fazoli's locations I have ate at this is one of the better ones. I usually order a classic sampler. Sometimes my food is not quite as hot as it should be. But overall I am satisfied with my meals. Price is fine for what it is and in the realm of fast food its hard to beat. Some locations I have been to bring around extra bread sticks and some you have to go ask for more. This location brings them around fairly frequently which gives it higher marks in my opinion. This is not a fault of the restaurant by any means but many times when I go there are tribes of unruly or loud children. So if you have low tolerance for kids I might scope the place out and maybe order to go. read more

Service was slow. Server gave pizza to other group of people the rest of family was done eating before I got my pizza. A large swim team came in to have a rewards party and my table happened to be right in the middle of it and my family had to finish our dinner as they were announcing awards around us. I love to eat here. As far as fast food goes you cannot beat it. It's quick and easy and it's nice to have an Italian fast food option. The kids like it so it's a win- win for everyone.
