The absolute best fast food burger imo!! The ingredients all feel high quality and the flavor is spot on. Even though this is a juicy, buttery, cheesy burger, I don't go home with a stomachache. I'm sure the chicken and fish is great here too, but I have a hard time ordering anything besides the burger because it's so goooood. Try the cheese curds for a side!! Terrible service. Criminally inept. Two stars because Culver's burgers are that good. Tragic that one of the few good fast food restaurant chains has their name associated with this location. Our order took 35 minutes for a burger and onion rings. And when we finally got our order, they left the onion rings out of our togo bag. If anyone wants to enjoy Culver's in the Ocala area, skip this one and go across town. Any place this bad should have their franchise rescinded. This is my husband and my favorite place to go. He loves the burgers as do I, but he really likes they have walleye.. We and in tonight around 9, we were standing at the counter, we were there a few minutes getting ignored although we were seen, when Tammy came around the corner , saw us and came right over to help us. I absolutely love Culver's and I feel it doesn't get the recognition and popularity it deserves. I was in Ocala for the day and decided to treat my parents for their first Culver's butterburger and frozen custard. They loved it! For first timers I recommend getting the Culver's deluxe and make it a basket ( drink and fries). If you have a big appetite go for the double otherwise order the single. I usually order the single Culver's deluxe and it is a good size for me. This is how ordering works: order at the counter, you will get a number. Find a table and placed your number on top, someone will bring your food to you. Sauces, napkins, straws and soda machine are on the side of the restaurant. They restaurant recently switched to Coke products. This location was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The guy who delivered our food told us that if fill out the survey on our receipt we will get a coupon for a free frozen custard. I didn't know that so it good to keep in mind. To finalize our visit we ordered a one scoop of chocolate custard. My favorite!! read more

We've driven past Culver's many times over the years, but never stopped in until recently. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the menu was extensive. Food was cooked to order and served hot. The burgers are some of the tastiest fast-food burgers I've had and the onion rings were cooked to perfection. They have custard flavors of the day, which are just a part of their dessert menu. When you order, you are given a numbered table tent, and staff will bring your order to your table when it is ready. If you prefer, you can order and pay for your food at your table using the QR code that each table has. We've never found the lines at the counter to be long enough to want to do that, but it's a nice option! Highly recommended! read more

I enjoy the quality of Culver's food, being from Wisconsin, however, the service/cashiers are not fully capable of taking orders correctly, and then ensuring all food items ordered, makes it onto the tray/plate. Every time I visit Culer's Ocala on SR 200, I have to go back up to the front counter to get what they forgot or got incorrect. For the price, hiring competent staff should also be a top priority at Culvers. I'll drive the extra 5 miles to visit Captain D's, where customer service is stellar! Thanks! read more

The flavor of the day was NOT an option on the menu. I had to go up to the counter to order it. This location is consistently awful and not the least bit customer-focused. Because it's Culver's, we know we will always have to pull up and wait for an employee to thrust our grease-stained brown bag at us. When there are errors, you have to either park and go in or wait for the employee to saunter back out. There is no checking the order at the window. This location will often charge for a double when a single burger has been requested. Today I was blamed for the error and the cashier yelled that "Number 89 changed to a single!" Also, we celebrate when there are actually napkins in the bag. It's so rare. Today there was no ketchup, despite that item being listed on our receipt as ordered. Also, no napkins and no straws. I know this should be the least of our problems, but this location is so frustrating. I can fix that by not going back, but their burgers are so stupidly good! read more

We had been told we had to go to Culver's when we were in Ocala, Tried it out today. It was good! Servers and employees were all very friendly and helpful and patient as we tried to decide what to order. My husband had regular butter burger meal and I had a butter burger with Swiss cheese & mushrooms. They were very tasty. For dessert he had a cement mixer with chocolate custard, with peanut butter and cookie dough mixed in. I had the flavor of the day which was Turtle. Very yummy. read more

We were out actually looking for chicken salad chic to have lunch at, but they are closed on Sunday. So we figured we'd try Culvers, which was very close by. The young lady who took our order was about the rudest, non interested service related person i think i have ever come across. She couldn't look at you when asking a question or placing your order... she would look away when answering of we even got an answer. The absolute worst attitude. If that wasn't bad enough the good was not very good at all. It was kind of like steak n shake, but much worse. I could tolerate mediocre to bad food, but not the young ladies terrible attitude. Her attitude will make us never go back, more then the bad food. People can have off days as much as food not made correctly, but this girls attitude seemed ingrained and not just an off day. Not Impressed. The Culver's YouTube promo video boasts about their food being FRESH and it wasn't. Burger patties were cold, hard and dry. Cheese was added and was not melted, because the patties were precooked who knows, an hour or two before? We saw it coming because they brought us our food in just a few minutes after we ordered. A genuinely FRESH burger takes several minutes to actually make. The fries and cheese curds we also precooked and not fresh not hot and melty. Onion rings were very good so two stars. read more

At 1:45 I pulled behind 2 cars in one of 2 lanes at the drive throughs at the new Culver's. I have never been there and wanted a quick something before lunchtime passed. I have never seen such a messed up drive through! There is a payment window and then you sit until they bring out your bag. At 2pm I gave my order, 10 minutes later I paid, was given my drink and told to pull around behind the six cars in front of me and wait! Had I been smart enough to look at the menu before I stopped, I would never have gone ....another greasy, fried joint! At 2:45, cars have gone, new cars coming, after all is now about an hour! Had I not paid, I would have left, your not never a window to ask what's wrong, I was able to get a runner's attention and he said he would check. He asked for my receipt which I had not been give, but told him it was the fish sandwich and fries. A manager came out in a bit and apologized saying there had been a mistake and they rung my meal in as a shake ...well, how if I was charged the almost nine dollars for the meal and given my drink! At this point I'm eating in the parking lot as it was so late! Fries were good, fish heavily breaded, greasy and the roll was enormous compared to the little fish on it. Won't be back! read more
