Love Culver's! I lived in Wisconsin for 15 years and now I'm in Newnan Ga... I was so happy when I heard they were bringing Culver's here ! The custard ice cream is so good! It's sweet but not too sweet.... They have way more then just butter burgers.... Chicken, Fish, shrimp, chili, pot roast, and MORE! They have been so busy the first 4 weeks of opening.... The food was good. The waitstaff could have been better. They didn't add mayonnaise to one of my burgers and when I asked for ginger ale they gave me Sierra Mist but didn't tell me. They also forgot to give me my two mixers. read more

Culver's is unique place. The burgers are good although a bit thin. They have crinkle style fries, which personally are not my favorite. Now the sweet tea is good and sweet and their custard desserts are yummy delish. I would probably eat here again but it would not be a regular basis. read more

Long line to place order but staff was fairly efficient. $18 for a Reuben, milkshake and grilled chicken Fresco salad. Some interesting choices like pot roast sandwich.Flavor if the day was Raspberry cheesecakes. Will be busy for a while because it is nee, but I expect it will wane within 3 months. I give the 4 stars to the cooks, we have gotten pretty good food. I would have given 5 stars but the servers that come out are not very nice (the girls), the girls taking orders get things wrong and then get mad that you correct them. I grew up in Wisconsin, so I know what the stuff should taste like. In Waukesha, there's always a line at Culver's. Even in the dead of winter, extended families from pudgy little babies to blubbery grandmas jam pack the drive through a and the counter. With their snow masks propped atop frozen eyebrows, they are in blissful escape from the bitter weather and the consequence of 4000 calories at a sitting... if you are going to bring custard to the south, you ought to do it right. It was the custard that brought me here so dinner was simply a means to an end. However, everything was just barely OK. Greasy, not very fresh, typical gast food. The kids ordered concretes with their burgers and chicken and fries and I went back up for a cone with chocolate and vanilla after I finished my burger. Sadly, the custard was not prepared properly. It was a little icy and too cold. There was a waxy feel on the town. It tasted too sweet. Having abandoned my diet to give the kids a treat, I was very disappointed when they announced they did not like any of it. What?! How do a seven and a 14-year-old eat their favorite food: burger, chicken fingers, french fries and then ice cream and walk away disappointed? Drive thru concept left you feeling like a second rate citizen instead of a customer. Got there at 11:30am thirty minutes after they had opened. I had one car in front of me and was still asked to park and wait for my order which took 10 to 12 minutes. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and two orders of cheese curds. The burger was Luke warm at best and wasn't appetizing at all. The cheese curds were greasy as anything, and tasted like breaded deep fried pencil erasers. I wasn't given any marinara sauce, and the grease they were cooked in also tasted like it was a little old. The biggest hitter for me was the total of my order for the three items $13.33! for one burger and two sides! I highly suggest going somewhere else, anywhere else. Love coming here with my grand daughter, i wasn't too fond of it at first but she made it so it's our regular spot when we're together! My husband loves the burgers! I tried the new Culver's today, and purchased the cod dinner which included fries, slaw and a role. The cod wasn't seasoned at all; the fries tasted like they had been in the freezer for a while; the slaw was average; and the roll was just a plain roll. The ice tea was freshly brewed, but wasn't sweet enough as far as sweet tea goes. Customer service was good, however. I would have given three stars if the cod had been seasoned; cod is too expensive to be served bland. read more

CULVER'S HAS ARRIVED! It opened yesterday near Ashley Park and it was packed! The BEST burgers, french fries, salads, reubens, roast beef sandwiches, home made veggies and true frozen custard! I did not grow up in Wisconsin so did not know about Culver's until I went to Wisconsin for a wedding and a MUST visit to Culver's!! NOT fast food - you get a real meal here made by real people with no pre-packaged, waiting under a sun lamp taste! I took my elderly mother and my younger brother with autism here on October 1st. First thought was, "This is nothing but a glorified McDonald's. HOW WRONG I WAS! The restaurant was very clean, they were playing a very nice country music station, and the FOOD! I am a professional chef and was very impressed with the Butter Burger with Bacon. The Onion Rings were cooked perectly, and the Fried Cheese Curds are a revelation. I could eat my weight in those. Words are insufficient. You'll just have to go there and order them. And don't screw aroung, buy the large. The ice cream is for sale to eat in or you can buy it by the pint and enjoy it at home. The staff was friendly, well kept, and all seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The overall experience was worth every penny and they ARE quite affordable. Can't give them 5 stars because I reserve that for fine dining. Anyone who gives this restaurant less than three stars is the kind of customer that we refer to in the industry as a "FoodTroll". Outstanding food and great service. Tried the butter burger, which turned out to be the best burger I've had in years. Buttery bun, crisp bacon....the butter really makes a difference! Cheese curds were really good....a nice change-up from typical fries. The custard was really better than any ice cream I can remember. It was thicker, and more flavorful. We moved to GA from the Midwest and were so excited that Culver's was coming to an area near us. Miss some of our Midwest favorites. We went grand opening weekend and it did not disappoint. Just had my first experience at Culver's and our group of 3 really loved it. The restaurant is clean and attractive, lots of eating spaces. As we stood reading the menu board, the cashier was very helpful and gave us all the info we needed to know to help us make selections. Food came quickly and we all loved our meals: fish sandwich, chopped steak dinner, cranberry chicken salad. I have only 2 negatives: pepsi products (but I was happy with tea) and the fact that it will take a long time to get thru the menu, and I want to try it all! Prices were also very reasonable, less than other fast food joints and significantly better quality. It's our new go-to restaurant. read more

We really enjoy this place and their food. The fish is delicious as is the pot roast. We've been about 6 times since we moved to Georgia but the last time was a bit lacking but they could have just been having a bad day. We will definitely return time and time again. One of my absolute favorite fast casual places. I grew up in Wisconsin and am no stranger to cheese curds and good burgers. Culvers is the Chik-Fil-A of the burger world. The new location has a great space. It's fairly new, but the staff is working very hard and it shows. Culvers is not the quality of fast food I thought it was. They have cheese curds fried that are basically mini mozzarella cheese sticks. The root beer float was was soupy and the mashed potatoes were very similar to boxed potatoes that you put to much water in. The kids ice creams that come with their meals ( that are about $6 a piece) do not come with the meal in order to receive the ice creams you have to bring the receipt back to front but they do not make you aware of this. I had fixed all my kids plates and mine and threw out the wrappers and receipt and then went to tell them we didn't receive our ice creams after my kids notified me that they were not in there bags and when I went to the counter they informed they could not give them to me without the receipt ( this person was also the person who had just taken our order five minutes prior. Then my youngest thru up after eating the food so after paying over $30 for three kids meals and mash potatoes and a root beer float I will never go back here. read more

Good all around greasy fast food joint. Staff for the most part was friendly but a few looked miserable. Drink machine is in the worst place possible in the restaurant (you will see when you go). Other than that, keep up the good food. read more
