Cold stone creamery is my favorite place for ice cream. Never had an issue with service and the place is always clean.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is the WORST! Let me just list a few things for you: First off, Tanae who works there is a HORRIBLE human being and should be fired immediately. Clearly an unhappy person in life that takes it out on everyone else, including children! - RUDEST and most immature employees in existence - Would not allow me to try more than one flavor before I chose what I wanted. - Spoke meanly to a little boy in front of us about his order. - Stopped serving milkshakes at 7 pm. - Didn't change spades between ice cream flavors so they were all getting mixed together (cotton candy, mint, pink lemonade sorbet, etc. all getting mixed together). - Made a mistake in my order (put Reeses cups when I had asked for peanut butter) and angrily flicked them off the top of my ice cream. - Talked crap about me right in front of my face to the employee next to her the entire time she mixed my ice cream. - Gave me half a scoop of ice cream for a medium sized order. - Lied about adding more ice cream after I told her my mix ins. - My order barely filled the cup it was in. - Touched the register with gloves on that she used to grab my food items. Touched food items without gloves on as well. - Left a mess all over my cup. - Threw away receipt so that I could not have it and would not reprint another one or grab the other for me (probably scared of the bad review). - Slammed register shut angrily after checking my order out. - Did not clean off counter after last order so it was mixed into mine as well. - Did not tap water off of spades so dirty ice cream water was mixed into mine which made it soup practically. - The person in front of me ordered a smaller size than me and she gave them double the ice cream than what she gave me. It's ice cream it's cold stone you can't go wrong service has always been pleasant in my experience.

Customer service was terrible and didn't even offer to fully serve me after being in like for 15 min. They said they could put the toppings on top instead of mix it because they were closing. Literally the last customer and they wouldn't bother to offer the full service. read more

A bunch of lazy teenagers running this place. We waited in line for 15 minutes to order. We get to the front at 8:45pm. My son orders his with mix ins. Then she asks me what I want and proceeds to tell me " I'm sorry, we aren't doing mix in's anymore. When the music turns off we stop mix ins and his was the last one." Very unprofessional. And then my 2 year old daughter was crying because she couldn't get hers. Atleast finish our order when we had been standing in line for 15 minutes and it was only 8:45! They close at 9! We called the store after and they said they turn the cold block off 30 minutes prior to close and they can't do mix ins anymore after it is off. A bunch of lazy unprofessional teenagers that don't want to do their job and want to leave right at 9 when it closes. Corporate has been contacted and this location needs real Managment. read more

They were out of small cups so they couldn't put your one scoop in a bigger cup without charging you for double. Does that make sense to you? Guess that's what you get when a bunch of kids are in charge. read more

This was my 1st time going to any Cold Stone. I'm aware of what the do but I'm not a huge ice cream guy. My gf come here more and swears by it. It was a very clean place. The young lady working was very friendly and gave me her opinions on things I asked about. My gf had a sorbet which she dispatched of without an issue. I enjoyed a large milkshake that was pretty good. Maybe next time I'll actually try the ice cream. read more

Great love this place! The ice cream is great and the staff is always so friendly! The restrooms are also always extremely clean.

Store is great when it's open at the hours clearly displayed on the storefront window. Went at 8 pm on Sunday only to find the doors locked when the sign clearly said closes at 9 pm and there were three staff members behind the counter and customers had just walked out moments before us. I don't know who was working when all of these unhappy customers visited, but I know it wasn't the lady that served us today! The store was clean, cooler stocked, trash empty, napkins available, and all surfaces including the front door were clean. Our service was excellent, friendly, and efficient. The ice cream is soooooo good! Our visit passed ever test, including clean restrooms! I'm sad the other people had bad experiences, but I can't find one single fault with our visit today. read more

My wife and I bought Soupy ice cream that was half melted. Brought it home and put it in the freezer. The next day it was great! I suspect employees are unable to scoop, mix and serve the ice cream when it is at the proper temperature for hard ice cream. Owner needs to turn down the ice box temperature and get better tool for employees to use while serving and stronger employees. read more

Got "dough for it", and my ice cream was halfway melted while being put in the cup. Too many chocolate chips aswell, but i'm guessing that is how they usually do it. read more

My family went to Cold Stone Creamery in Newnan, Ashley Park for a nice summer Sunday outing. The ice cream was great but it is clear that the young blond behind the counter hated her job and/or the customers. Didn't mind paying for the expensive ice cream but did mind being treated like I wasn't welcome. The eye rolling and long sighs were unnecessary. There are many other ice cream establishments in Newnan that we can enjoy. read more

SO who trains the new people....I know, no one correctly. The girl that was attempting to butcher my ice cream was not trained. She kept dipping the spoons in the water and sloshing it into the ice cream and mixing the nasty water into it. I told her no thanks and left. read more

They need to close down this location because they don't seem to understand what customer service is. They already close their doors hours before the posted time on their windows so what's the point in even staying open? We had a wonderful experience here! Our group of four ordered a cup of ice cream, a waffle cone and two shakes. Mine seemed to have too much milk so I mentioned it and both employees apologized and quickly remade it for me. They were so nice and told me that they wanted me to be have the best experience possible. I truly did because the remade shake had to be the best milkshake I have ever tasted! I don't know if it was just an 'off' day but the service and ice cream were not good. It seemed to be only teenagers working and none of them had on a uniform which I thought was odd. I noticed that most of the ice cream looked runny and the employees were having a hard time getting it to stay on their spoons. But nevertheless I ordered a cotton candy ice cream in a dipped waffle cone. They said they would not be able to dip the cone so I took it plain. The ice cream tasted nothing like cotton candy. It just tasted like vanilla dyed blue, and not even good vanilla at that. It was pretty much melted when I got it and ran out of the bottom of the cone quickly. It was very disappointing as I had a craving for some good ice cream....and I paid $5.11 for it. Oh well....I won't be back. read more

i've only been here once and loved it. tried to go again tonight with my husband and there was nearly a full lobby when we approached the door and the door was locked. we tried to get someone's attention because it was only not even 8pm yet. someone unlocked the door for us and one of the younger employees says they're closed, with plenty of people in there.... won't be returning. read more

Refused to give water. The staff behind the counter told me that they are under instructions from the owner to only sell bottled water.

The "shift manager" working on 05/31/2015 is a miserable person who clearly hates her life and her job. She was so rude. Save your money and go some place else until the owner of this location figures out how to hire customer service oriented staff. read more

My daughter and I visited the store on 09/01/16 at around 9 pm. My daughter wanted frozen yogurt, the girl laughed and said, "We have this Mango stuff and ice cream". The 2 young girls behind the counter looked at each other continued to laugh and said again.. "This is an ice cream store"! Awful service, seemed like we were bothering to the woman to make our ice cream, poorly done, terrible experience.

In my recent visit, on 8/27/16, around 8:00pm, I showed up with a group of friends and the line was out the door; which can be fairly normal for a Saturday night in Ashley Park. We waited about 5 minutes and it was our time to order. The employees all had very poor attitudes; they had zero cones made, and when one of us asked if we could wait on some they laughed at us. The restaurant was VERY dirty. Trash all over floors, all the tables were sticky. There were zero napkins. They had set out two rolls of bathroom paper towels. The drink cooler was empty, all except two Bottles of Coke. I went back yesterday with my daughter for our date night. They did have napkins and the drink cooler was stocked this time; but the employees all still had very poor attitudes. It was the same people working. It seems either there is new management/ownership and it's just not up to GREAT like this place used to be. It's very sad. I may not be back in for a while. read more
