    Iced Mocha Coffee
    Doug G.

Leaf and Bean is always a go-to for me when visiting back home. I adore local chill-vibed coffee shops with solid iced coffee, and this spot hits the mark. It sits directly on the square a few doors down from the famed Alamo and across from the courthouse. It occupies a fairly large space with a small outdoor covered patio, window/rail seating, a string of tables along with a casual and comfy seating area with oversized chairs and end tables. Over the years I have sampled a few drinks and eats, with my most recent and consistent order being a cold brew with almond milk and SF cinnamon vanilla syrup. *chefs kiss* They offer all of your standard coffee shop drinks with a mix of house created drinks. I usually stick to the basics with small modifications, always a win. Pricing is pretty standard, maybe a tiny bit pricier than other shops. Cold brew with a few add-ons will run you around $6. Food wise they offer a good variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, along with pastries and cookies. Most of the food is pre-prepared and packaged, just heated up in store. Same thing for the pastries and cookies. Honestly this is expected, and I'm not after James Beard nominated dishes. Service is hit and miss, majority of the time there are multiple baristas behind the bar that are wrapped up in conversation with each other, a bit too much to provide attentive service. The space is well kept and clean. Parking is all street, if you can't find one on the square, hit the side streets. Overall, Leaf and Bean is a vibe and I'm here for it.

Being in the area for a short burst of time, I was trying to find somewhere that I could spend a few hours working on my laptop. Street parking was a breeze and there were plenty of tables to pick from. Prices were fair so I settled on their Chai latte with oat milk. As much as I wished I liked it, it was unlike any other chai I have ever had before. It was overly sweet and creamy. Kind staff, cool environment, but I would not order that drink again. I did order an Arnold Palmer another time and enjoyed much more. Still recommend checking out the rest of their menu!

Looks super cute from outside. Woman owned Small business Cute inside also- hipster and looks like something I'd see in California. Service was also that comparable to Cali c/s. There is NONE and add in a hint of attitude on top. I wasn't impressed. Food was flavorless and bread was overly mixed. Overpriced for the quality. I bake far far better. Drink was good. Wanted to love this place. Won't ever go back.

One of my favorite, hole in the wall, coffee spots in Newnan. If you're looking for a slow Sunday morning start and a reasonably priced latte Leaf and Bean is your spot! Overall, latte taste could improve, but ambiance, price and one of the best tasting cinnamon rolls help make up for it!

This is a great location right of the main road in Downtown Newnan worth trying. The seating, decor, and friendly service makes it a great stop on the way to town, or back home. The lattes and tea are great and well worth going out of your way. I will be back for sure!

Great ambience, fast service on a Sunday after church. Lots of drink options, and really unique drinks to try!

The coffee house has quite a bit to choose from on their flavors. They offer pastries and even ice cream. I wasn't impressed with how they handled the mask situation though. After we ordered, we sat down and got our food in a few minutes after it was prepared. Two slices of banana bread, two scoops of ice cream, and one pumpkin frappuccino was what we got for a quick bite and a sip. It was ok and did the job before we headed out of there. The staff was quick to get out orders and the friendly service didn't outbeat the fact they weren't masks. Everybody feels differently about the coronavirus and to each their own. When I went in the coffee house and saw that none of the staff members were wearing a mask, it made me question getting anything from here. Since my father-in-law was with us, he ended up paying for it and I didn't oppose to that fact. I just don't understand why businesses are doing that when there is a pandemic going on. Is it because there isn't a virus out there that could potentially put someone at a deadly risk? There was even customers not wearing a mask and it makes me think if they know of anybody that has been affected by this virus or they just don't care. When you get staff members that are making and giving out items not wearing the mask while being exposed to customers who may or may not being wearing one as well, it doesn't seem to bother them that the virus isn't going to get under control that way. I will not go there again, even if I was in the area or not.

Very friendly service, super cute coffee shop and great atmosphere. The coffee was fantastic! We got a vanilla cold brew with cream and it was great. This is our second time coming here and it was just as good as the first time!

Very cozy and welcoming ambiance. Always full of patrons enjoying their beverage, meeting friends, or staying overbook a book. Great variety of beverages and pastries, even gluten-free option (chocolate chip oatmeal bread). My child loves to come play with the toys in the back while having breakfast or brunch. The staff is always talkative and welcoming.

The atmosphere and food are very desirable. The service is lacking and random people on their computers take over all the tables. If you want to eat, be very pensive. So much more potential, but I will continue to support them.

Horrible customer service experience. I visited on 05/13 around 10 a.m., and both employees working…read morethe drive-thru were rude and had unpleasant attitudes. I was trying to describe a donut I wanted but didn't know the exact name of it. I explained that I was looking for a chocolate cake-style donut, emphasizing that I wanted one with chocolate in it. Instead of listening carefully, the employee assumed I wanted something else and handed me two donuts that had no chocolate at all. When I politely explained the mistake and tried again to describe what I was looking for, the employee became impatient and kept repeatedly asking questions in a rude tone instead of helping me figure it out. I explained that I was unsure of the wording and just needed a little assistance, but the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful the entire time. To make matters worse, the donuts tasted horrible, and my bagel was cold with an excessive amount of cream cheese on it. After having to replace the donuts, there was no apology or acknowledgment. The employee handed me the bag without saying anything, and I could hear yelling in the back about the drive-thru times taking too long, along with rude comments about not having chocolate frosting donuts available. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable, disappointing, and unprofessional experience.

It looks like this Dunkin' needs my defense again…read more.. I only visit this Dunkin' donuts because Jamarcus works here and he is the best at his job. Heck, I walk in and he practically starts making my drink because he's remembered my order by now. I've been coming here for 3 years. I love going here for Cookie Butter Cold Foam season the most. If Jamarcus isn't working that day, I usually continue and get a cold brew just because the drinks are made so well there. I recently went here and these two girls I'd never seen before were working. I'm always cautious when ordering my cold brew when with a different employee who hasn't made my drink before. I am always sure to go in and walk them through the process and make sure it goes the way I like it. The great thing about this Dunkin' is that it's on tap, so you can see what's going on and how the coffee is mixing together. Every drink I've ever had here has been mixed very well (compared to other Dunkin' Donuts like the Sharpsburg one which I do not ever visit even though I live so close to that one). I never use the drive thru at any restaurant because it's usually quicker to go inside.
