I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes ($8 - found under "desserts") and a Red Juice ($6 - orange, beet, carrot). Everything was delicious and SO FRESH. The pancakes weren't overly sweet, the ricotta house-made. The juice was made right in front of me. It was so good that I ordered a second juice, the Green Juice (orange, green apple, celery, aloe). It was even better than the first! And even better than the food was the service. My server, Logan, was incredibly kind and attentive. I already texted my local friends to try this place out. This time, everything fell flat and seemed several days old and the chicken was shredded, almost like super dry canned chicken. Came here one weekday morning and found it to be busy enough to be a community and tourist space but not so busy it was overwhelming. The cashier seemed a little new, but nice.
