I tried Culver's once before, didn't think much of it at the time. A new location opened up and thought I would try it again. I also found out you can customize the burger a fair bit if you use the app. I ordered the bacon deluxe, made it a triple, removed the pickles and raw onions, added mayo, ketchup, mustard and grilled onions. It was pretty spectacular!

I am a big Culver's fan, and have visited dozens of locations around the country. Most items at Culver's, including the burgers, are consistent from location to location. The quality of the Pot Road sandwhich varies widely between stores, and when I used to live in Estero I would drive past one Culver's to get to one father away were the sandwich was consistently better. I have been to this location many times, and find the pot roast sandwich average. It's not the best, but also not the worst. That is, until today. I should never have been served what I received today. I can't believe this dry and burnt sandwich even made it's way outside the kitchen. It was a terrible. I am hoping this was a one time oversight. That said, the food is usually good here, and the staff always friendly and helpful. And I won a free scoop of ice cream so that's a plus.

I love Culver's. It'll always be my number 1 fast food burger and fries. Always, this location was good, but it wasn't as good as other locations I've been to previously. I'm not from the area so I don't know if this location was new or not, but the drive thru was BUSY which made me think that maybe it was a recently added restaurant. Because of this, I decided to go inside. The great thing about Culver's is the staff. Everyone I've ever encountered at one treats you with respect and is beyond friendly and that was no exception. I placed my order- bacon cheeseburger, side of fries, and of course cheese curds. Because of COVID they give you a disposal number to use instead of a number card. I walked over to get ketchup for the fries- two of the containers were empty. My feet were sticking to the floor from what I hope was spilled soda. And the counter was just sort of a mess. The dining area was clean so I found my table and waited for my meal. The food took only a few minutes and I devoured it. If you've never had a burger from here you must. Those butter buns are to die for, and with all the butter on them, you just might but it's worth it. The fries are the perfect crinkle cut with a great crispiness to them. The burger is to delicious. Still giving 4 stars because this place is always great. This one was a little dirtier than normal but still a good experience.

Delicious burgers, fries everything is good! I'm sad I never found this place sooner. And the ice cream is the deal breaker! Delicious Super clean location and the prices for the food is super fare! Highly recommend Culver's

I recently went to Culver's to get ice cream and I thought I would share my experience. When I arrived they admittedly asked if I was ready to order. Which is nice but at the same time it is to soon, I didn't have enough time to look at the menus. The ordering system is honestly on of the best I've experience, the number system is smart and easy for everyone. Also the workers are very kind but there was a lot of conversations that shouldn't be a on the clock conversations and there was just a bunch of standing around while listening to the conversation. But moving onto the ice cream it was great! Other than there being more ice cream on the cup than inside of it. Do wish I got a picture of it but I couldn't even pick up my phone due to the amount of ice cream on it. Other than those few thing I would say my experience was great. I would 100% recommend going!

Always better to eat their burgers on site. Did takeout and the burger was dry and unappealing.

Spicy chicken is not worth it. Angie Arizandi was quite rude . Not sure I'm going back.

Home away from home for midwesterners. Everything is good here. Pretzel bites are a favorite.

Cheeseburger was very crispy and dry. Not the usual burger that I'm used to getting. Must have been an off day for the cook.

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream - Cherry Ice Cream

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

My wife and I visited Sub Zero on a Wednesday night. One couple was there when we arrived, but by…read morethe time our ice cream was finished it was just us. The place has a good layout, with ice-cream themed decor and plenty of seating. The main area did have a wall stacked with dozens of boxes and a ladder in public view which could have been hidden away, but it was still comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful in explaining the process to us newcomers. You start with a size of small, regular or large (the small is pretty big, as it should be for the price) and a base (Original, Custard, Low-fat, No Sugar Added, Lactose Free, Yogurt (fat free) and Coconut (vegan). My wife chose the coconut as she is trying to limit Diary and I went with the original, both of us ordering a small. You can then choose one of their 12 pre-set menu items like the Chocolate Conduction or Strawberry Sigma which were the two my wife and I chose, or you can pick your own flavor (about 30 options) and Mix-in about 15 options or another apx 20 sweets like Cookie dough or Twix. My wife's strawberry was lovely, and mine was a bit rich, which I expected based on the ingredients. From here, they add the base and ingredients into a bowl, stir it up, turn non the nitrogen and you watch the worker mix it up for a few minutes. And the final product is some really nice tasting ice cream, made to your taste or diary preferences which are infante. The downside, it's expensive in my opinion. For two small ice creams, a bottle of water and the expected tip during checkout, it was $25.75. As much as I liked it, this will limit my coming back. It's novel and tastes good, but you are paying for the entertainment value which is also a drawback in that it's slow. Some ice cream places have a spout of free cold water on the counter and available to customers, which would be a nice touch considering the price point, saving me a few dollars of needing to buy a water, I think it's worth trying out if your pocketbook can accommodate.

You can tell they use fresh ingredients, which makes all the difference. There are so many flavors to choose from - Baskin-Robins has nothing on this place. I ordered the gator tracts and caramel swirl. The two-scoop size was perfect for me, and the portions are very generous. My husband went for the three scoops, and it was honestly the biggest cup of ice cream I've ever seen - piled high and melting faster than he could eat it! We got lucky and didn't have anyone in line ahead of us, so we took our time ordering. That said, during peak times. this place gets very busy. But the friendly and efficient staff keep things moving quickly. Prices are a bit on the higher side for ice cream - starting around $8 and going up to $10 or more - but honestly it's worth it. Just be aware that parking can be a bit tricky, with limited spots available. In a way, I'm glad this place is two hours from where we live - otherwise, I'd probably be here way too often.

I went with the Cookie Monster flavor because, well, I like cookies, and I like monsters--seemed like a win-win. What I didn't expect was the shocking amount of food coloring, which, let's just say, made for a memorable bathroom experience the next morning. I won't go into details, but I briefly considered calling a doctor before realizing, "Oh, right... the blue ice cream." Let's just say Cookie Monster left his mark in ways I wasn't prepared for. That said, would I come back? In a heartbeat. Would I order the Cookie Monster again? Probably... but with a little less fear.
