Not my best ever Culver's experience, but solid food and polite service. Went to the counter and ordered a burger and a pork tenderloin sandwich. Both were good but really light on the toppings. A tiny squirt of ketchup and mustard and two rings of onion. Sandwiches were hot and fresh tasting. Took a few minutes to come out, but we were behind a large drive-thru order, so that'll happen. Very unusual , poor food quality. Beef pot roast value basket D, dried out and over cooked sandwich, fries wimpy, pretzel bites D , dried out and over cooked, cheese sauce broken and a bit grainy. Soda and custard A+. Service a bit slow and confused at drive thru. read more

Great food! However in the drive thru line this evening and the food runner yelled at us for not pulling up far enough and "holding up his line". Really unprofessional and we had no idea we were supposed to have pulled up further. We pulled up just like the other cars before us! We won't be back to this location. my service was phenomenal Sebastian has a great handshake and he was very kind but all around I had great food and great servic.

Waited for my curbside order for 15 minutes, finally went in and all employees were standing around doing nothing as my food sat and got cold. Got home and food was dried out and cold. Not going to this Culver's again, I'll drive 15 minutes to Stoughton instead of 2 minutes to the McFarland "restaurant ". read more

Terrible customer service in the drive-thru... no "Welcome to Delicious!" but basically what do you want? Kept asking is that all vs waiting for me to finish. When I pulled up, gave only part of my order without a number then came back grumpy and asked what I needed. Finally gave me a number to pull forward. Mr. Craig Culver needs to visit this place and give them pointers! I'd say worst Culver's experience ever! read more

Order took abnormally long even for a Culver's. Ordered a burger curds ranch and a drink for me and a plain gluten free bun for my girlfriend. When order came out there was no ranch and no gluten free bun. I went in to just get the ranch and bun, the first kid at the counter was very nice but then his manager came and snatched the ticket from me and told the kid it was fault, to which he said it was a drive thru order not his order. Then all of a sudden it's my fault because Culver's doesn't sell the gluten free buns by themselves, which my be true but could've been handled better. She then try's to tell me where to buy them from but I told her I was passing through and we stopped for lunch. After all this I get back in the car and go to eat my burger and it was the complete wrong burger. read more

Very poor customer service. Quite a number of employees milling around behind the counter, avoiding eye contact with customers. By the time someone finally decided to start taking orders, no attempt to serve people in the order they arrived. No attempt to enforce basic covid precautions. read more

Culver's was once reliable to get your order correct but the last few times my order has been incorrect. Tonight they forgot two of our up charged orders of cheese curds, and of course didn't include tartar sauce with the fish. Pretty average as far as Culvers goes....dining room is on the small side but everything's been remodeled and updated. The food is of excellent quality. One of the best things about this location are the $1 short shakes they have every Monday. The only issue I've had here is that the in-store WiFi almost never works. It's very unreliable so don't count on using it much. read more

We normally absolutely LOVE this Culver's, but we recently had a bad experience. My husband and I got food poisoning an hour after we both had butterburger kids meals! I Recently learned that the new ownership has fired a long time employee who has a disability, Steve. Steve has worked at Culver's for 16 years and was considered by many to be a great worker and was always a highlight of our visit to Culvers in McFarland. Im not sure why or what the new ownership (who also owns Todd drive and Cottage Grove locations) was thinking with this move - perhaps greed. I'm not alone with my stance of not supporting a business that discriminate. They lost my business and many others are equally as outraged to hear about this. read more

As far as fast food goes this spot is as good as it gets. The custard is, as to be expected, perfect and my fella adores their malts! A large is under $5 - such a good deal! Seriously, for an enormous ice cream treat such a bargain. I really like their kid's meal deal - don't judge - as it offers a taste of everything (custard, sandwich, fries, & drink). This spot is always fast & friendly. Yeah - the price is higher than most fast food places...yet it is so worth it! read more

3 out of the last 8 times I went through the drive thru, my order was wrong. I've learned my lesson and have now started checking for accuracy before driving home. The food is consistent with all Culver's restaurants, so that means a little greasy, but with flavor. The variety of ice cream/custard is nice when you're in the mood for a treat. I've consistently heard that this Culver's is active in donating to causes in McFarland, which is a nice positive. read more

This review is about the service, not the food. The food is usually good, but today we got the worst service ever. We ordered at the drive up window, and pulled around to the side to wait for our food. Several cars behind us in line came and left, so my husband went inside to ask about our order. They had no idea where it was. The employees inside had no idea that there was an order matching our number. Maybe someone gave our order to another customer. They asked my husband if he wanted to wait for them to make another meal. He requested his money back. But they didn't simply refund his money, he had to WAIT for his money as well, while the manager was going through the register looking for some record of his order. But in the mean time, she was waiting on other customers in the drive up window! There was still no record of our order, so she had to calculate the order over again from what he ordered. It took forever, and finally I decided to leave the car and see if my husband might have been abducted by aliens, but I did see him coming back to the car, no meal in hand. Usually in situations like this, some compensation is made to the customer, either a free meal or at least some coupons. Nothing here. Even though we did not get any food here, we left with a bad taste in our mouths. Next time I want to eat at Culvers, I'll head down the road to the one in Stoughton instead. read more
