Alot of protein with fresh vegetables, it was well balanced. Although advertised with pork belly, I picked more of the head cheese than anything else. I did get a hint of BBQ so I am guessing the flavor came from the pork belly (but not sure). The bread had a good crust to it but lacked the softness on the interior that I wanted. Mayo was rather pedestrian and lacked the depth of flavor of homemade mayo from other places. All around, it was very good and plan to stop back for their pho which is also much bally-hooed.
