So my friend and I wanted mcdonald's so we came and she ordered a plain cheeseburger and i ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget. and it took at least 15 minutes to get to us, very slow. so when we got our food we opened up my chicken nugget and it was a six piece. she opened up her burger and it had an upside down bun and onions, so i go and ask for a new one and gave our recite to them and waited for a new one. we got the burger and it came with everything but onions, so we obviously asked for a new one because we wanted a plain cheeseburger. so we order again and our food comes and it came with just the patty and no cheese, no nothing, so at this point we just wanted to leave but decided to just ask for a slice of cheese and we just left. horrible experience! read more

I honestly don't think I've been to a worse McDonald's. The fly situation here is out of control. There was a wasp when I was there. Super appetizing being handed my food with a wasp swarmong around it. Yum. It was disgusting there. There was garbage on the counters and sauces that haven't been wiped up. Save yourself some time and money, don't come here. Made two separate online orders and arrived around 10 minutes later. When we pulled up to the speaker the automated message didn't go off or were we greeted at all. Waited around 5 minutes and decided to go up to the next window to ask for our orders. After waiting in a line for about another 5 minutes, we told the worker what happened and our order codes. When given the codes he said that one of them (a large frappe) "disappeared" from their system. We showed them the code and he asked us again what it was. We then were told to wait at the reserved spots for our order. Took another 15 minutes for it. When the food was delivered the frappe was a medium and full of ice chunks, a fry was missing (but the sauce for the fry was there?), the food was cold and a drink included in a meal wasn't there as well. Fries were cold. I waited another 5-10 min for hot fries. I got hot fries as a replacement (they were oversalted). I asked for a coupon for the inconvenience. They handed me another fries, which I did not want, and I told them to take it back. At that point like all 8 staff were standing there staring me down. The mgr had a snotty attitude and didn't understand my dissatisfaction. They shut the drivethru window and I left with 2 large oversalted fries. Oh, they also forgot my bbq sauce. read more

Worst McDonalds. We hardly ever eat out but decided since the bagels were back we would treat ourselves to some bagels. Wife asked for light breakfast sauce, she gets sandwich and it's covered in sauce and has sausage which she didn't order. She takes it back to the counter. Instead of preparing a new sandwich, they pull the sausage off, scrape the sauce, then hand it back to her. The bagel itself is still soggy, and they didn't even wrap the sandwich in a new wrapper. Usually I go through the drive through just to get a soda. They do that ok. Today I stopped with grand daughter for ice cream. Now I have seen multiple complaints about how the ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken...but I figured they were just exaggerating. Well all I cam tell you is we wanted ice cream and guess what? Once again I find myself reviewing a McDonalds. It seems absurd because for years they were all the same. Almost exactly. Times have changed. I know the worse McDonalds in the world is on South Towne (see other review) - but this one as far as cleanliness (inside at least) is really bad. Inaide it appears that no one has ever cleaned. Anything. For years. So awful. Honestly I think all McDonalds have become "Drive thru ONLY" restaurants in the past few years, neglecting the insides completely. I went through the drive thru. The temperature and texture of the fries you could tell they were extremely old. AND I had to wait 5 minutes to get them. When I went back to Ask to exchange for fresh fries, the workers and the manager,Tracy were playing with the managers hair. They continued to complete orders without washing their hands. Placed a large carryout order for our monthly staff breakfast meeting. Quite a variety of things as our staff are all teenagers! I felt bad for the girl taking my crazy order. I sat down and pulled out my phone knowing it would be awhile. No exaggerating, it was less than one minute when they told me it was ready. I would give no stars if I could! Worst Mcdonalds I have ever experienced!!! I have lived in this town 2 months and my order is wrong EVERYTIME! A simple cheeseburger no pickle came with only ketchup and nothing else! A simple sausage biscuit came as a sausage Mcmuffin with egg! That's just 2 examples. Ice cream machine is always "down", finally got to order a shamrock shake from this location after them being "sold out" numerous times and it taste like soap! This is my local McDonalds, and it's terrible. It wasn't great before the remodel and now it's worse. I used to go there weekly with a friend for breakfast and we would sit in a booth by the fireplace in the sunny front window. Now all but one of those booths are gone, and have been replaced by uncomfortable seating and kiosks. The booths have been moved into the expanded concrete block Play Place, where it's incredibly loud. Service is SLOW, and the food is not reliable. At any given time, there is about a 50/50 chance that the ice cream machine is broken. I get the impression that they can't hire and keep employees, so there is a constant stream of untrained teenagers behind the counter. The more experienced employees aren't happy; I think they hate the renovations too. Last time one told me that some of the kids have even complained about the new play area! read more

OK, seriously people... I stop for coffee on a regular basis with a breakfast item. So far so good unti...... I ordered 2 breakfast items- a sausage burrito and a yogurt parfet.. Hmm mm got to work and discovered that the yogurt wasn't in my bag.... I do have to say I called the store was told to come back and get it later in the day but honestly folks, who wants one then. This is the worst experience at a McDonalds we have ever had. The fries were half filled, ice cold and the texture gummy where they stuck to our teeth cold. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese that came with one patty and it too was cold and hard. My husbands Big Mac was Luke warm. Another day at the Oregon McDonald's and another terrible customer service experience. The ketchup dispenser is still broken, something I noted on my last review 28 days ago. When ordering off of one of the simplest menus in the world, it was as if the cashier an I were speaking different languages. I believe I used the phrase"number 3 large and plain" at least three times. I still had to go to the counter after my order was placed and remind them since it wasn't noted in my order. During the order I had to explain that I wasn't in fact ordering off of the breakfast menu. This was at 11:30 am. Surprisingly, the fries were ok today, so there is that. Also, a woman was here with her children who had the sides of her head shaved and a son named "cash." He had a Mohawk. It was strange, but I suppose this is extraneous to this review. read more

She seems fairly young and new but does not have good customer service and does not seem to understand the menu. She was pretty disrespectful to my friends and I when ordering. I think more training for her needs to be done because I personally work in customer service and attitudes towards customers is a fast way to lose a job. But the manager there is very kind and she always comments my friends and I and is very helpful in situations. read more
