Not one person could talk to me they asked me why I was ordering they were just rude overall one of the worst burger kings I've been to

Great people and good ordering system! Food and atmosphere overall great. I would recommended !!

Fast food should be pretty standard with the variables being customer service, speed of service, and accuracy of your order. For whatever reason the Oregon Wisconsin Burger King has struggled in all of these areas. There are multiple times where we have waited a ridiculous length of time (to the point it's where no longer considered fast food). There have been multiple times our order has been incorrect and one of our kids has been disappointed that they did not get the food that they hoped for. There have been multiple times where we have gone to Burger King and the restaurant was just flat out closed because they didn't have help. I so badly want this to be successful as there are limited options for fast food once you get outside of Madison, and the impossible whopper is a great vegetarian option--However, given the inconsistencies we have hesitated to return and end up going elsewhere. With that being said, I have heard that Burger King is under new management. I would be willing to give them another shot, but as of now there's a big hole that they need to dig out of. Set your expectations low, and check your order before you drive away. read more

OMG The king is back! Maybe he never departed, at least in Oregon, Wisconsin that is. Btw. Oregon, the city, here in the Midwest is pronounced OR a Gawn. Not like the state which is pronounced like the junk inside all of us. Furthermore, for the lifers here in the Midwest, the state does NOT appreciate being called the bizarro way the folks here seem to go out of their way to mispronounce countless names: Berlin, a suburb of Milwaukee strangely is called Burle Inn, like they think Burle Ives built a BnB and named the town for it. Which is a completely unrelated topic. I didn't walk into this store, so I can't say this store is clean or nice inside, unlike most of Madison BKs which aside from the Odana Rd location, are so filthy I stopped eating or visiting years ago. Fast and hot. Polite and efficient drive thru personnel. Excellent double with bacon and cheese Whopper Jr. fresh lettuce, matched the bacons snap. A tad too much mayo, but because adequate napkins were in the bag that didn't matter. I hope my customer I did some electrical work before lunch calls me again soon, I need a reason better than a BK burger to drive to Oregon, where they can't even pronounce their towns' name like it's spelled. read more

They had my order wrong then blamed me for not reading the screen. Rude managment. When is it right to reprimand the customer? "what? You did listen when I repeated it back? it's important to read the screen!" rude food was good as alway but probubly won't be going there anytime soon. read more

Worst fast food spot I've ever been to, hands down. I went here twice. Both times, we had a long wait and the order was wrong. I get it, it's Burger King. We (my family) decide to not go here anymore. End of story. But, my friend comes over tonight and he wants BK. It's been so long that I forgot about the horrible service and forgotten items. He places an order online, and we give them extra time. We arrive, and the food isn't ready (of course). We wait 10 minutes (because the nuggets are coming out fresh). We get our food, take it home, and food is missing. Fully done with this place. I know Oregon is small, but please save your time and money, go somewhere else. Trust me. read more

If I could give negative 10 I would waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru with 1 car ahead of us and they still could not take our order the owners should just close there doors. Terrible service. read more

It's Burger King, which is good. And that's about it. Unsure if the heat was turned on inside. Ordered a plain cheeseburger, and got a cheeseburger topped with pickles. Between two bottom halves of a bun. With no other customers inside. read more

This place feels like a typical Burger King. Nothing special or exciting about the place. The burgers are alright.

If I could give this Burger King a 0 star, I would. I waited in line for 40 minutes & was told, once I was finally able to order, that It'd be a 10 minute wait before they could even take my order. Where is the manager? How many people are on staff...on a Friday night?!? I worked at a Burger King when I was young... they keep the food ready and available during peak hours.... why in the world was it taking 15 minutes per order? There's no reason. There's no one dinning in.. literally only the drive through open. This location needs to rethink their management. read more

I'm writing this in their parking lot, having driven here after placing a large order for my family over the mobile app only to find the restaurant -- at 6PM on a Wednesday -- dark and closed, with no signs indicating the closure and no notice provided in the app (through which we already pre-paid.) This is hardly a rare occurrence, sadly, even after the management change. I'd argue that the one thing a fast food restaurant needs to be able to do is to be open when it says it's open, but this place hasn't been able to manage that reliably for over a year. read more

One star is quite generous, paid 24$ for 2 Combo meals! holy crap! Who do they think they are, Culver's? Food was Luke warm at best, fries were soggy and cold, and they didn't even give us everything we ordered. Staff was rude, not so much as a thank you. If you're in Oregon and hungry, just go up one more block and get McDonald's, he'll even kwik trip has better burgers. I can honestly say I will never visit any Burger King again. read more

Horrible. That's really the only word that comes to mind when I think of the Burger King in Oregon. I'm not a big breakfast person so I was ecstatic when they started serving burgers during breakfast. But half the time when I go, the grill is "broken" but miraculously it's always fixed by lunch time. Also their Mountain Dew has a root beer after taste. And expect to wait no matter what or when you order. Not sure how they can call themselves fast food. I can't say I would be at all disappointed if this place closed down. read more

Service is super slow. Staff is rude. Food sucks. The shake machine is always down 3 or more hours before close. The orders are never right. The staff are always goofing around. They close the store all the time before their posted hours of operation. Getting a smile from soneone there is everything but short of a miracle. I always go to the mcdonalds in town. read more

I just went through the drive thru. I wonder if Burger King has downsized their Whopper. I ordered a Whopper with no onion no tomatoe. What I got was a small hamburger WITH tomatoe. I tried to call about it and got a message that their mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. I also wonder if they ever look at these reviews. The food at this location is average on a good day and the service is awful. It nearly always takes forever to get your order and half the time part of it is incorrect. There is a reason it is always empty while the McDs is always busy. read more

im not sure why your online site says open until 10pm but consistantly closed at 901pm on a friday night? i would expect that with the costly remodel your ownership has bills to pay and should be open at least for the hours your web site says. i think the evening manager closes whenever he or she thinks its "slow". i noticed that mcdonalds up the street has done well with its later hours, as we have to go there when your store is closed at 9pm. what gives? read more

Food was cold, at lunch time. I tried 3x to get hot or even warm food, plus it took forever. The young lady that took my ,only at drive thru was great though and cold food isn't her fault. So if you want great people to serve you and enjoy cold food then be my guest, try the drive thru at lunch! read more

well for starters it looks pretty sketch , the workers are extremely rude and ignored when i asked for sauce. they are also extremely slow and forgot our straws. we waited for about ten minutes for a burger. the was tons of people waiting and i even heard a man yell out his window. they are just all over the place. read more

I took off from work today to take my mother out to lunch. We had a half hour from when we arrived at the restaurant to when we had to leave. There was only about seven people in front of us, which is normal during a lunch rush, but in this case there was only one person taking orders and on almost every order she would have to check with her manager for something. Ok, these things happen it takes time to learn no big deal. The assumed manager (different shirt), seemed just pissed off the whole time we were in line and multiple times slammed toys and napkins, etc. into bags loudly. So about eight-ten minutes go by before we get to order. By this time another person had come to the registers when there were just two people behind us. We give our order and stand in line to wait for our food, this takes another 8-10 minutes and we were able to use that time to chat to the other five or so people who had already ordered and were waiting for their food. Meanwhile every drive through order went flying out the door to the tune of about three or four drive through orders to in-door's one. Eventually we get our food while two of the five in front of us were still waiting for their food. So now its about 20-25 minutes since we came to Burger King and I decided to wait for our coffee and smoothie until they were done while she took her remaining five-ten minutes to eat. Another few minutes go by and some of the people in front of us are still waiting to get their food, nobody is making my drinks so I ask for a refund for the drinks, as it's time to go and I haven't even eaten yet. I talk to the cashier and she has to get the manager...again to open the register and he gives me change for one of my drinks. I then ask for the change from the other one and the girl once again tries to get a hold of her manager who is standing about 5 feet away but he blows her off, in front of me. She begins to panic and just gets me the coffee, which I now do not want She doesn't offer any cream, sugar etc. I take the coffee, grab my food which is now to go and leave. I will never come back to this Burger King again, it's not worth a half hour there where McDonald's can do it in five minutes. read more
