Worst service we've encountered at a firehouse subs. We ordered online and it said 15 mins to be ready, which I thought was a long time for 1 sandwich. I still had to wait an additional 10 mins to get it. They kept saying "we're working on it" when people came in after me and left before me-- not just online orders. Orders from the counter. This experience was very off-putting. On a Sunday at 6:15pm...ordered, took 40 minutes for two sandwiches! THEN, one of the men making sandwiches, who has very long hair that was sloppily tied back with several large chunks falling in his face, repeatedly (6-8 times...I stopped watching) tucked his hair behind his right ear while wearing gloves and then TOUCHED THE FOOD without changing gloves. That has to be a health code violation and is just gross! I expect better from Firehouse Subs! So disappointed! read more

Went to pick up dinner and the people working in their slatted sauce all over everything,all over bread was not toasted slatted sauce all over it I only live a few blocks away by the time I got home the sandwich was soggy and disgusting read more

Food was good! We went at lunch time so service was a bit slow. Nice place to grab a sandwich as the menu is quite extensive.

Staff was complaining to the manager about their shifts and how other staff didn't want to work or not getting enough working hours. Waited 20+ mins for my 1 sandwich. Does not seem that the workers had much training beforehand and had to be told what to do with every order. I understand they are busy with online orders and they are kids but I would like that to be communicated and appreciated by the on manager. read more

Subs are a mess and fall apart. Way too much lettuce, the bottom of the bun was cut way too thin and the top was too thick, onions are falling half way out of the sandwich. Good taste but a nightmare to actually eat with your hands read more

I've gone to Firehouse four times now. And each time, my only response has been "Meh." The store has been in three different levels of disarray when I've gone in. Once it was perfect--clean and organized. Once it looked like it had just gotten over the dinner rush--a little scattered, but I understood. Once, I went in and it looked like they had just had an F4 tornado go through the place. The drinks area was beat up, the tables and chairs were all over the place. It didn't look like a place I wanted to be the last time I went in... The sandwiches are merely acceptable, at best. I haven't had my socks knocked off by anything, and I've tried four different subs. I put them on par with Subway or Milio's. Nothing special, but they get the job done. read more

Aside from the silly chant the employees are apparently required to pronounce upon every entering guest, this place rocks! This is the third time at this chain, and the third store as well. Each were clean and well represented. Thought we'd give it a try as my husband and I had never been there before. People were friendly but the subs we ordered were unexceptional. If it wasn't for the garlic aioli it wouldn't have had any flavor despite having caramelized onions. The meat was warm at best and looked as though it had been sitting in a water bath. I went to your store today to purchase a turkey cranberry sandwich. I was given instant dismissal about it not being a sandwich and rude service there after. I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, lettuce, oil, salt, pepper. I rounded my order up and purchased a $5 medallion along with a $2 tip. My "tips" were almost equal to my sandwich. I get back to my work as I had carry out and sit down to eat and all that is on my sandwich is turkey and maybe cheese? Between rude service and the extra tips, and lack of sandwich this is absurd. I came here to improve my day not make it worse than it already is. I will probably never come to this location again and eat, which I'm not happy about because I love my food when I did receive it at your other locations that I am not close to now. Used this location two times and they got it wrong both times. Special orders should be carefully followed. Asked for plain sandwich (bread and meat only) first time and got the works. Second time better, but also had cheese. Asked for names to be place on special requests. Order taker suggested only putting on name of sandwich and I said no, I have to make sure these go to the correct PEOPLE. I gave the names and spelled them out and sandwiches came without names and only type of sub. Good luck if you have any type of special request. Good, but seems a little overpriced, especially for the brisket sandwich for what you get.
