The only downside is it has the Subway effect where you walk out smelling like their prep kitchen and the smell is hard to kill, even if you're just in and out.

I was less than thrilled that my prescription got lost from the system, but I was very impressed with Ulrike who helped sort it out and called me back with a quick resolution.
