Well, there was a problem with the delivery (seems to be a thing with Doordash). Go to Popeye's Website, we get directed to contact Doordash. Reach out to Doordash, they do not have a record of the order with our account/phone number as the order was not placed through there app. Direct us to deal with Popeye's as it is their order. Call Odana Road Popeye's, they completely wash their hands of the order, saying once Doordash picks it up, they have no responsibility for the order, payments or tips turned over to Doordash. Delivery was unsatisfactory, directions were specific on how to be let into our building, the directions were ignored. Food was left outside to get cold, if I had not noticed the delivery had been completed, it could have spent a significant amount of time outside since we were expecting the door intercom to buzz. Basically, saying do not order delivery from Popeye's unless you desire poor service. While the food is good for a quick meal, the overall experience was awful.
