1 star is too much. Worst experience with a restaurant. Waited too long for curds I was accused of not paying for because I didn't think I would need my receipt for something I had literally JUST paid for. It was like a twilight zone episode with the worst "manager" who still denied it when I showed her the charge on my banks website. And when I finally got them after 45 minutes, they were cold & greasy. AND the "Manager" ended our conversation with "Good with your ugly ass". Worst Customer experience EVER! I was in Culver's yesterday (Wednesday) for dinner. It was so nice to see this tiny girl behind the counter with a big smile. It warmed my heart and gave me hope. In these modern times workers act like they are doing you a favor by taking your order, half the time I hate to take up their time. But this little lady was so patient with the elderly group ordering in front of me and when I stepped up she just had a sweet smile and was waiting to hear what I wanted. I want to say thank you to Culver's for hiring this girl. You can try to get employees to be like her but it comes off as fake. There was another girl that was running food out to cars that had a naturally nice disposition too. I just want you to know we notice this stuff and it means a lot in this world. It made my day. Great experience overall. Clean interior stocked with everything, food was great tasting, hot and came to our table fast. Super friendly and helpful staff explained the menu and different custard treats to try. Briane was a stand out star employee. She was exemplary in every way. We will be back due to her. The AC is working! I tell you what. Whomever does the hiring at this location does one heck of a job. On our recent visit, Celine took our order and you couldn't help but smile as she clearly reviewed each item she was entering into the POS. It's rare anymore to see anyone that just wears a natural smile like Celine. When she brought our food to the table, smile! When she was taking food out to the drive-thru guests, smile! When she was scurrying back to get the next order, smile! The double burger was great, as were the cheese curds. The dining area was pretty full, but well bussed. Writing this from the dining room. Typically when you order cheese curds you get a choice of sauce. Well I got a combo and upgraded to cheese curds instead of fries and wasn't asked what sauce I wanted so I didn't mention it. Food comes and I as politely for a marinara otherwise included when stated and was told by the food runner the manager said I needed to go wait in line again and wait to ring up at .35 cents side of sauce. Being a Wisconsin native I was happy when Culver's came to Colorado several years ago. Today I had a late lunch at this Culver's - which means ( again) I have eaten at every Culver's in Colorado. I have to say that this one seemed to be squared a way with happy staff. Food fast - orders correct - alWays good. Best part this one is the closest one to us. Great job on this one - great location. Current parking is tough, but should change when other pads are built out. read more

The star rating is appropriate for Culver's. Nothing special and nothing is fancy about these burgers. Just plains old quick and easy fast food burgers. If you are from Wisconsin or you are a customer to the standard Culvers experience you will be sadly disappointed by this location. They will refuse to allow you to substitute menu items like other Culvers and if your kids have a free scoop they will refuse to allow a single topping. Only Chocolate or vanilla. The service is somewhere between mcdonalds and chic-fil-a. But way worse than chic-fil-a. Don't bother going to this location. Pass on through to the next or pick a different restaurant all together. During our trip to CO, we wanted to try Culver's since we don't have them where I live. I was all about that frozen custard. The burger was unimpressive in that it tasted more burnt then any kind of flavor. The fries reminded me of In N Out but the all star was the rich vanilla custard. If you want really good custard deserts, Culver's is the place. Not as rich as Andy's and something different from Dairy Queen. Vanilla with Heath and hot caramel, vanilla with hot fudge and raspberry, vanilla with peach, raspberry and blueberry. All really good. When you get this in the drive thru and they stick a wait number on your door handle you assume it will be a couple minutes. It was nice that my daughter was there to chat because it took WAY too long. When the Culver's employee came out after 10 minutes and asked us what we were waiting on, I Knew they were in the weeds. At about the 18 Minute mark we got our ice (melted) cream. Even when it's cold ice cream soup, it's good. It's a shame that by the time we got our "ice" cream it was a melted mess. Flavor : 5 Service : 3 (nice but slow) Value: 2 ice cream should be cold and ready, not soupy and delayed. $20 for melted ice cream? Overall rating? 3.5. If you want a refreshing cool lemon ice here, you can forget about it. Several times I get a "we're all out of that for the night". I heard it so many times, I complained to corporate about it, and all they did was give me a coupon for a free one. Did that fix the issue? NO, they continue to be out of it on a daily basis. Today, 7/2/21, I figured I'd go during the day, as they have to have some then right? Wrong! Out again, and they said they'd make some I waited 15 minutes before driving off. I ordered onion rings instead of fries with my combo, so I thought no problem they're making me wait because they're cooking more. NOT, when my order came out the bag looked better than my food did. difficult to get a drive-through order correctly filled. It's best to review order with person at drive through window and hope it arrives right. Many have noticed that pint orders of sides (coleslaw) are only half filled and drinks arrive two thirds filled. Didn't like the the skin on walleye but easy to remove if having ordered the dinner. lose the skin people it's nasty on an outstanding walleye fillet. Butterfly shrimp is also outstanding. read more

It takes on average 45 min to go through the drive through from what I've experienced. Employees will walk past your car 4-5 times and not say a word. When I brought the situation to their attention it took about 10 min for the manager to even come out and see what was up. This location used to have a couple of dinner options other than fried fish. Tonight, directly under the "pot roast dinner" they listed pork loin. It looked like pork loin was now offered as a dinner instead of the former chopped steak dinner option. I wish the cashier had clarified things as I placed my order for a pork loin dinner. As it turns out, she assumed I wanted a pork loin sandwich. I didn't. I said dinner and I meant dinner. I have a suggestion - either clarify your pork loin as a sandwich or move it somewhere else on the menu board. When the food delivery person became aware of the situation, it remained my problem. Yesterday, we went to Culver's for the first time on South Broadway in Littleton. We had seen the commercials on television. We had cod sandwiches. Soft buns and very fresh. Also we got a shrimp basket with a side of onion rings. Not greasy and prepared to perfection, brown and crispy. My wife had diet root beer and said she liked it very much. Good food and friendly staff. No current dine in despite being allowed by state and county but that didn't matter. My son and I ordered wanted to order inside. The son ordered the grilled cheese with a side of broccoli. What kid orders broccoli except my hockey goalie kid. Greens are good and it healthy. I had a single cheese burger with just pickles, fries, and a diet Pepsi. Food was great. So great, being the driver, I was taking my time with my burger, but the son was still hungry. Well we tried it, $26 for one sourdough cheeseburger bowl of chili salad and a kids meal. So sad, been waiting for this place to open, finally got around to going. Service was great but we asked for one thing and got another for one of our orders. Asked for a piece of fish, butter burger and fries. We got charged for a fish dinner, butter burger and fries. We got to the window and figured it out and the manager fixed the order. As for the food, the fish was ok and my wife liked it. The butter burger, was cooked to death the burger was black from being cooked and held for so long. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. For a new place it sure is going south quick. So sad... Hopefully management reads these reviews and fixes it. read more

The burger has not a single drop of blood, the meet is smashed, the lettuce isn't the freshest, it's thrown together & not to mention its price of 6.04$ that's comparing it to a sit down fine dining restaurant. This place has figured out how to do drive through properly & their pictures compared to the actual product is accurate. Twenty minutes after the last bite & I don't feel like crap, nor does my wallet for 6.04$!!! For a burger that amazing I have been eating at this place for the last week & my god you gotta give the other burgers a chance to take you off your feet. Yet you have to keep in mind that this is fast food & when compared to other fast food joints Culver's is at the top of the food chain. When you don't expect fine dining & look at the receipt half way through the burger.. it's just an amazing experience all around & I highly recommend to everyone I talk to. read more

Went to Culver's for the first time on Broadway in Littleton, CO. Asked for ketchup after waiting 15 minutes for food we ordered at the drive thru. The employee "Kiara" handed me the food and said "well did your ASK for ketchup?" like we inconvenienced her. She made no offer to get us ketchup and walked away. So I returned to the drive thru, which I should not have had to do, and asked Kiara for ketchup. She handed me some ketchup and said in the most rude sarcastic voice, "have a blessed dayyyyy!" I asked for her name and she proudly pointed to her name tag, clearly not caring. I asked to speak to the manager, and she laughed and said, "well, I AM the manager!" I said I will call corporate then and she laughed again and rudely with joy responded, "I don't work for corporate!" I drove off and she leaned all the way out the window and yelled at the top of her lungs "BYYYYE!!!" with a dismissive "NEEEEXXXXXXXT!!" Absolutely appalling experience and I will never go back again. Kiara should not be a manager, if she really is, let alone have any job in customer service. All because of this experience I will NEVER go to another Culver's. read more
